EDITORS CHOICE AWARD goes to United First Financial

So... what do top industry EXPERTS and professionals in the finance industry say about United First Financial and the money merge account program?

Here are some examples ...

EDITORS CHOICE AWARD - from Personal Real Estate Investor Magazine

Outstanding Company of the Month - Broker Banker Magazine (2 cover stories in 5 months)

Cover & feature story - Mortgage Planner magazine

"It works!" - Channel 3

Obviously experts not only agree this is a great program... they are willing to put their opinion in writing, along with their names and background right there for all to see (no hiding behind screen names).

Do your own research... There are DEMO versions of the software in the hands of many UFirst agents... find one that can show you the DEMO software so you can see for yourself what it does. Then, have your own Analysis done to see if you qualify and how much you can save. As many already know, this is called an "informed business decision."

MMA software is good at slowing down a good prepayment plan, that's it. Why on earth would someone pay A LOT of money to slow down their ability to repay debt?

Hi guys. thank you so much for debating this. I too am just learning about it. I was wondering if you two had come up with your comparison yet. I saw the one guys, but hadn't seen C&H's yet. can you post? thanks a bunch.

MMA vs Prepayment

One thing that I do not understand, is if I have $1500 "discretionary income," how does buying the software for $3500 get me ahead?

Buying the software puts me in debt in my ALOC by 2.7 months mortgage ($3500) vs doing nothing and prepaying $1500 a month thereafter.

Buying the software puts me 5.4 months behind vs taking that $3500 and prepaying my mortage with that same money that I would had spent on purchasing the software.

If I then prepay each month with the same discretionary income, how does MMA possibly win? I did some studies, and it doesn't for me.

cheers

Which did you see? This is the one I'm familiar with:

http://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?k...FKhwM90Q3dWHVg

The UFF numbers are right from their promotional video. Using the same discretionary income they use, DIY is faster by 2 months, and $4500 cheaper. And that's BEFORE the $3500 cost is applied. The actual difference will closer to $10,000 cheaper and 5 months faster with DIY.

Ironically, DIY is also remarkably easier in this example. An extra $1000 per month is applied to the mortgage. That can be set up with a bank as an automatic recurring payment. I did just that with my bank.
