Speaking of the Mark of the Beast- did anyone hear the news today about the new microchip that people can have implanted which contains information about health, and a tracking device. It's similar to what is being implanted in family pets. I wonder if parents can have them implanted in their children. That would violate all the rights of the child, but then children's rights are notoriously violated daily. I got the impression from the news report that they are already being used.

It is just one more major intrusion into our lives.

Do a web search for "mark of the beast". There is abundant info out there. They are already trying chips on people.

Lots of good links as well regarding internments camps for American Citizens that are being set up with photos and copies of official doocuments.

I saw where the local militia group in my area found one in the National Forest only about 35 miles from where I live.

Just remember the true mark of the Beast will be something you will have to knowingly accept and in doing so make your allegiance to Satan and worship him. The chip is scary but I think it will be a litteral mark that signifies his name.

I know the mark will be voluntary for each individual, but this is just one more step that desensitizes us to the intrusion in our lives- hence, it will be easier to convince people that they need it.

What makes you so sure that receiving the Mark will be an event that the recipient will be knoweldeable about? The bible seems to suggest a vast majority of those who receive the mark are DECEIVED (Rev. 13:14)

I do understand that all these things are just one more step to total control. The fact that we see these things coming proves we have faith in Christ which prevents us from being decieved. People are decieved because they refuse to hear the truth. God already knows who these people are. Only those who who believe in Christ resist the influence of the Anti-Christ and the Beast. Many Saints will be martyred for their faithfulness to the Lord. John sees the second Beast, who serves the first beast and performs miracles on his behalf. This evil individual sets up an image of the Anti-Christ to be worshiped and organizes society so that only those who express allegiance to the Anti-Christ can buy or sell. The mysreriuos clue: The Anti-Christ's name...666. I believe it will be visible to everyone when it is applied. Of course this is just my interpretation. Besides Tim Lahaye says it's true in his Fiction book series Left Behind so it must be right? Just Kidding.

Do any of you consider the Mark of the Beast to be related to SSN's and nom de'guerre (war name)/fiction/strawman/commercial entity signatures? Is it possible the disception was foisted upon us long ago when we "accpeted" the fraudulent terms of the contracts with the SSA / IRS / Fed (banking)? Afterall, without an SSN and signature, one cannot legally bank. And if one cannot bank, one cannot legally buy or sell (with no cash(fiat)/credit). Weren't illiterates (incompetents, having no formal signature/appellation) asked to set their "mark" upon various contracts of long ago (see the scene of enlisting men in the movie "The Patriot"); and, aren't legal entities (strawmen) considered by courts to be Incompetent? Can it be construed that the Mark of the Beast is the strawman signature, and the number of his name be his "SSN"? Can it be the "Mark of the Beast" is not a literal mark of the Beast; but, rather, figuratively, a mark of the Beast. What say you?
