i am looking over the site. intriguing - although from past posts the "Affidavit of Truth" is a spurious title...

You can state FACTS in an Affidavit... but have you ever known an Affidavit to be anything but the Affiants TRUTH?

I've commented on that title (Affidavit of Truth) several times... in one word: STUPID.

i meant what opinion do you have on their material, not the title of the one affidavit as i already knew your position on that one...

it looks like a lawful approach and if they claim not to have to cross examine officers or any other hassles--i bet good money that they are putting stuff on the record of the case and probably making use of judicial notice.

would you say then that the $65 for their dox/process is worth the expenditure (despite the "Affidavit of Truth" title)?

if a redundant title of a doc gets the job done--go for it. Hell, they have a FRN back guarantee.

I just wonder about the other 5% of their 95% success rate. Not to discredit them--I am just curious why it is not 100%, that's all.

This sounds interesting. Wish I'd seen it months ago! BT, if you decide to purchase, be sure to post. Sounds pretty clear cut -- the affidavit, which we know how powerful that is -- the Notice of Default -- which they do. The you file the Notice/Certificate of Default, the petition to dismiss and the Order to have it recorded. Gosh, that sounds too simple! Wonder what's in that Truth Affidavit if it does not cite any codes -- do you suppose they cite court cases other the the Yick Wo v. Hopkins ? Interesting and curious. Please share for our enlightenment, BT!

Well, I emailed them and they seem to be quite sincere/committed folk. The guy said the small percentage of failures are the result of Judicial misconduct which is often reversed on appeal. They are currently working on a technique for suing judges who behave badly, but its slow going, because judges protect other judges.
