I went to the link to James B. Woods III, Fed Up gave in post #40.

Mr. Woods has posted quite a bit of valuable study materials free of charge.

The prices of the books are very much in line with what one would pay for a "university" "textbook" (which is likely to be filled with BS).

Just from looking at the free info, I would think the books are well worth the price.

I cannot buy, them now, but I can (and will) read everything offered for free, and learn a whole lot that I do not already know.

(I am certain my endorsement check will be delivered any day now!)

I went and looked at Wood's website. What I found there seems to complement Clyde's philosophy and tactics. Especially the part about being linguistically litereate! Fleshes out what Clyde espoused.

The main difference is that Woods attacks the whole fraud regarding Admin agencies from every angle possible

Really puts them in a toe hold

The three books that come with the "How to win in traffic court" total about 700-1000 pages of 8 1/2 X 11 pages in relatively small font. I am about on page 100 now and the book is slow but very thurough. If you read his matterial you will be more educated in good law. So far I am very happy with my purchase. It is strong SMJ it seems and yes it does seem to be the 2 in the 1,2 punch with Clyde's work. I am so glad you all are getting interested in this SMJ thing. It seems to me like Suijuris has a tendency to get hung up on Personam real easily.

All of the "wacko" theories are in personam arguments and they seem so whacky because they are very hard to understand and even harder to use.

SMJ is RELATIVELY simple.

I received in the mail a few days ago a supplement to Jim's material (chapter 13) Police Powers. This is a must read for Mr. Woods's students.
This man's intellectual depth is beyond belief. When you read his list of recommended reading and get into reading the books you will understand his ability to separate the wheat from the sham.
I just finished reading a book by Kathleen Cryer on why APA has screwed the country. She still misses the solution that Woods has worked out.
