"Beat all Traffic Tickets" sucks. Lawyerdude works.

Weishaupt, just look at the facts. This guy in Florida and you both are afraid to state your name.
Florida coward is an uneducated sell of the proverbial $200 white ring binder.
Lawyerdude, by comparison publishes 100 actual successful proven motions FOR FREE. All motions contain the telephone number and email address of the pro se litigant who won with that motion. Now I give you that and around 800 free educational web pages - and you recommend that idiot from Florida!
What is wrong with you?! You wouldn't know a good lawyer from a good watermelon.

The guy does state his name. I don't for privacy reasons. Is that unreasonable?

You are correct, I called the guy and tried to talk him way down on the price & he wouldn't budge, so I didn't buy it.
This thread, due to the weak nature of the service provider's material, has also provided a great opportunity in order for you to convey a sense of hyperbole between him & you and was definitely ripe for the pickin'.

I respect that and think that is great. Yes, by comparison I would say that your stuff. on it's face blows his stuff out of the water.

I agree that the guy charges ridiculous prices which are not commesurate w/the level of jural knowledge. I had posted this thread a long time ago and I forgot about it. This was during my first case ever, so I posted it out of impulse to find out later that the guy is overcharging for deficient material. I should've posted later these aforementioned statements. Thanks for reminding me.

There are a lot of things wrong with me. Are you perfect? Are You a Good Person? . I like watermelons, they don't have as high a mold count as other melons.

If your position in this thread is based on This thread I didn't say that you were a plant. I said that it was reported that it was POSSIBLE that you could be a plant. So I formally apologize if you felt slandered in any way.

Also a few posts down, I found it hard to believe you could be a plant doue to the nature of the material on your site as well as it being free of charge.

Now I did outright say that you might be crazy, megalomaniacal, & obnoxious due to your using the "N-" word on your site as well as other choice words used to demean.

Is it not marvelous that most of us study, learn and Grow with the knowledge FREELY provided at this site and flourish under the mentorship of others?

Lawerdude, if that is also your intent, we welcome you. NO mudslinging, acusatory or defensive actions/words needed. Even you must admit that this site is causing a stir -- were we not up and down frequently yesterday? hmmm.. and see the post regarding 'visitors"

From one Illinoisan to another, Peace and welcome.

Hey Seeker, back off with the saccharin

1. I have no affiliation with you, so don't try to make it so, as though you were from Illinois. I was raised on the perfect farm in Illinois. I marched with the Marching Illini, world's greatest marching band. You are simply another anonymous coward.

2. As for the mentorship on this site, this site is the laughing stock of the internet. Sooeys is what you are called. You are all PNJ s, Patriot Nut Jobs!

3. You are the flip side of quatloos. More specifically:

A. You and the quatloos folks are all anonymous cowards, with a few exceptions on quatloos where Dan is not afraid to stand up and be counted.

B. You are are baby anarchists; quatloos guys are totalitarianists, Orwellian wage slaves, IRS protagonists.

C. Quatloos guys seem to be college grads; you Sooeys seem to be high school grads. Maybe.

D. Quatloos folks like to see people go to jail.
You Sooeys like to see people say really stupid stuff in court - and then go to jail.

4. Both Quatloos and Sooey kick me off their sites regularly. Here is my response to that:

5. The only good advice that you will get from this site will come from me. Here is an example:
7553
Here is the latest in how to win traffic tickets.
I give proven methods to you for free:
"How to Win" at http://www.lawyerdude.netfirms.com/7260.html
What has won in the past is linked to:
http://www.circuitlawyer.8m.com/traffic.html

You lose credibility with PNJ (Patriot NutJob) arguments which are the
hallmark of the non-lawyers on the net.
If you are serious about winning you
will do the following:
1. Follow my advice instead of continuously asking for silver bullets. Write good motions:
http://www.lawyerdude.netfirms.com/6025.html
2. Learn the pertinent statutes for your state.
3. Learn the work cycle.
What to do next. The litigation cycle . http://www.lawyerdude.s5.com/6673.html See also: 6641 nearly identical: http://www.fu.gq.nu/6641.html How to control the pace of your case. http://www.lawyerdude.8k.com/contract.html
4. Control the pace of your case.
5. Use a spell checker.
6. Strategize and prioritize after every hearing.
7. Avoid having hearings.
8. Argue the legal and not the factual issues.
9 Don't rush off to appeals court; do a motion to vacate!
10. Bring your own court reporter. Failing that bring a video camera. Failing that, bring a tape recorder. Bring the court up to speed by a motion for permission to record based on your Griffin right to a transcript. Make the court transcript the transcript from the tape.

11. Recognize that every hearing presents new opportunities to score. The issue of transcripts is a way to get to the end game. Every hearing is another cycle. Work all the steps of the cycle. These steps are described in 3 pages of mine:
What to do next. The litigation cycle . http://www.lawyerdude.s5.com/6673.html See also: 6641 nearly identical: http://www.fu.gq.nu/6641.html How to control the pace of your case. http://www.lawyerdude.8k.com/contract.html
12. Review what worked in my previous victories. Http://www.lawyerdude.netfirms.com/traffic.html
13. Review what did not work - by people who refuse to use my methods; ask Pearliss in North Dakota; she filed PNJ stuff and lost.
14. Do some work on the case.
15. Don't rely on your spoken wit at court; you are not that capable.

My method is this "Do what OJ's lawyer's did and demand the same adequate time to litigate all the issues. Remind the judge "Hey, I watched the O.J. trial and not once did I hear Lance Ito say to Johnny Cochran: 'You can bring all those motions before the court on the morning of your trial' I expect adequate time to win my case - just like O.J. and the late Johnny Cochran. Let us bow our heads for one moment to consider two superlative winning Negroes. Amen."

Remember, the trial is merely a legal formality designed to make the hanging seem more fair.
Thus spake Lawyerdude and further affiant sayeth naught !

What are you trying to prove?

Is this a term of endearment?

Most of us want to follow just laws. I agree with the Quatloos comments.

What is your point?

I agree with the Quatloos comments. I disagree with the Sui Juris comment. Even if we are not found to be correct, we are the ones that pay the price. This seems to suggest that members have a great deal of courage to me. You don't see us saying how nice it is that so-and-so went to jail, as many do at Quatloos. Most of the members here are not trained in the legal system. The attorney/legal system has mis-lead us in the past. Therefore, we must work through trial and error. However, we still have a conscience. Many on Quatloos seem to have lost theirs long ago. When it comes down to a choice of being skilled in the legal system, or following our conscience, most of us will chose to follow our conscience.

This is because you are often nasty (PNJ), and fail to make a point at times. What are you trying to achieve with the constant PNJ comments?

This does seem like very good information. If one is heading to court, I urge them to look at your work. Your sample documents show good format and structure, thus, more likely to be accepted by the court. In addition, the examples of how to put the documents in motion should be a great help to anyone headed to court. Thank you for providing such information.
