Ministry Closing

A friend took time to forward this to me. I don't know how many of you are aware of it . . . I don't recall seeing any mention of it in the forum.

ANNOUNCEMENT, KUDOS, APOLOGY, REQUEST, and GOOD-BYE

Announcement -

Due to circumstances beyond our control, Angel With the Inkwell Ministries is shifting it’s focus, by fulfilling whatever has been promised to date, then closing it’s doors. Once the tutors previously set up, and the items ordered, have been delivered, AWI does not expect to provide any further services. The duty to carry out it’s established goals, mainly assisting others in learning ‘Honor’, has been superceded by the evidence that the lesson plans may need revamping to where students practice what they learn on a daily basis, and with each other - not just when the wolf is at the door. The time spent on fruitless endeavors is detracting from the Ministry’s other goal, which is to research and apply the steps necessary to ‘be in this world but not of it’. As the overseer, I have had the pleasure of meeting many wonderful people, and some who merely wanted band-aids without understanding. While that is the choice of the attendee, others thought of as friends, demonstrated an unclear intent. It is apparently true that all it takes for evil to prevail, is for good men to do nothing. Therefore, it is with a great deal of sadness that our Ministry will step down. Many, many thanks to those who come first to their brother, with the intent to help and support in love. Because of you, the Ministry has survived this long, and hopefully given the wisdom and discernment the Lord wanted them to have. Our purpose is not to fend off it’s own, but to help it’s own, and it is impossible for one person to do this alone. So, UNTIL WE ‘HEAR’ OTHERWISE, FROM OUR KING AND SAVIOR, WE WAIT UPON THE LORD for guidance, support, love, assistance, and blessings. It’s in His hands now. Please pray for the healing of the Overseer’s physical health problems, and the utility fiasco.

In the rush of closing out the lessons, I overlooked three people who were helpers, and I apologize and want to give GIANT KUDOS to local John Filipi, & Pat and Gary Sessler, from Illinois. They helped put together the sessions for your workbooks, and John got me back and forth to the copiers, the bakery, and the post office, as well as protected my throat from wearing out! Thanks people, and I am so sorry I didn’t mention you to the entire group. A token of our appreciation will be coming in the mail (a gift from the table!), as soon as we get your addresses!

Apology -

Please allow me to apologize to Karla, who was offended when I teased her about not being in the room, and perhaps was sleeping. If she had told me when it happened, that she was offended, I would have stopped the class and made the apology before all those in the room. There was no way I could have seen her under the table in the back of the room, I believed she may have been sleeping because we were overworked and she may have been (rightfully) tired, and she didn’t tell me where she was or when she left the room, so I surmised she was not in the room. That was a presumption, and I apologize. She is no longer with the Ministry, stating that she felt she was ready for the type of job which required so many long hours over a week-end, multi-tasking, and remembering things without being told several times, but that the high-pressure functions of a three-day workshop are not easy to handle. We wish her well.

Request -

We need an HONORABLE notary to do protests, so we can further our goals. But without a telephone, we have great difficulty (1) accessing the e-mails, (2) doing tutors, and (3) answering general questions. Please respect the fact that we must pay approximately $1 per minute on a pre-paid cell phone by calling the voice mail number (619)624-3910 BETWEEN 9 AND 5 MONDAY - FRIDAY and leaving only messages regarding whether or not you (A) are a notary living in honor, willing to help (Please - no one who does not adhere to Scripture need apply), ( have previously signed up for a tutor or ordered something which is still on back-order, with your number and the time you’ll be at your number, so we can get to a payphone and call you back as near to that time as possible. In this way, we can wrap up all of our outstanding commitments and get out of the way of those who want to step into the Ministry’s shoes. And, hopefully, get the Certificate of Protest necessary to establish the stipulation that there is no outstanding utility bills, for the PUC! This help is needed urgently, so reply ASAP.

Or perhaps, until we meet again. I would be honored to meet many of you again, Lord-willing! The love and concern I received from so many of you is deeply rooted in my heart, and truly does ease the stomach aches and the fact that another of my utilities went off this morning. Maybe we’ll sit side by side someday and just let that love flow, as we bask in His glory, for which we are willing to suffer now. We WILL let those who think that, because they are in authority today, we aren’t winning, KNOW the end has been decided, and while they take our possessions, and sometimes even our body, all of those things can be destroyed by moth and rust. We belong to a higher authority Who has promised to save us from the coming devastation of body, soul, and spirit. Hopefully when we meet again, it will be as overcomers!

P.S. - If anyone has friends in the Southern California area, who could help me move some of my belongings a former employee was holding hostage, Please direct them to call my pager number. The sheriff is willing to act as mediator on November 8th, a Monday, and I cannot physically move tons of boxes and appliances from this guy’s barn to a storage area by myself. Thanks.

[color=black][b] Before anyone jumps to conclusions, I have personal knowledge of the leader behaving erratically when a quite honorable employee was accused of embezzling money. The leader called the FBI & police on the guy, because he was storing her stuff, and held it because he was owed back pay from EVERY seminar he coordinated. The subsequent employee was also dissed out of their pay. Not only that , the above "this is my last semnar" technique was used in the past to generate more attendance at the workshops. You would hear one-sided diatribes about how Tom Schauf screwed her over & called the FBI on her, but it was o.k. for her to call the FBI on an employee. This employee I've met personally & talked with at great length, who is financially solvent having no need of embezzled money.
The part that gets me is when people behave like that & abuse scripture.

I've been pounding that drum for the longest. Playing on the faith of the people and combining this stuff with religion in order to get them involved and separate them from their wealth is a sin in itself.

Sad thing though.

This page indicates that they are promoting a Feb 2005 workshop.

If they shut down months ago, why is their main site still active and advertising ( http://www.angelwiththeinkwell.org ) and why would they be promoting new workshops?

This is ironic. This is a blatant scam. But where is Neo and the other "consumer advocates" that are allegedly exposing scam artists to the general masses?

I guess they are too busy chasing me from site to site to get me to respond on their boards that they don't even bother with this one. Yet, i'm villified as a scammer or a promoter of scams!

Sorry for the rant but it seems that their agenda is either biased and not accurate or they are infatuated with me to the point that they don't even come here to address this scam or post. HHhmmmmm.
