I got my book a while back (January 09). Since then I have also found that they shut down their website. Wonder why?
I agree with chumdinger, according to what is discussed here, this book might not be anything new to you. Since I am new to dealing with court room proceedure, this has helped me out a bit.

Not really absolutely sure, but I do believe I got an email several months back (DEC?) that she had passed on. Will try to locate that email.
May be why things slowed. She and her husband ran the site, I think. Notice the site is now signed by him only -- Just passing on some info

"Pamela K Gaston died this morning (12/20/04)in her sleep."
So I guess they get a little slack, right?

sorry I was abducted again (don't worry all fraudulently alleged charges were dropped). I got my copy of the book less than 2 weeks later (And the order was placed on or about a few days after Pamela Gaston had passed). 2501

Still haven't gotten my book yet and don't think I ever will.
I even sent 10 FRNS extra as a blessing & I got shafted.
Can we make an in-house pdf of this or what?
Does the book say that it is copyrighted in any fashion?
