Greetings:

Here is a presentation made by a group in Canada.

16 minutes into the video, the speaker notes Blackstone. The noted information from Blackstone was somewhat incomplete or deceptive. Although he goes through the issues of natural persons and corporations, both are considered legal entities.

A NATURAL PERSON is the man controlled by private law (i.e., the will of the legislature), not the common law (i.e., customs and usage).

The term "natural person" is used to differentiate a corporation from a man, in private law.
This is the law system entitled the LAW OF PERSONS. It puts corporations on the same level as men.
Men are acting in capacities under this system. This is something that cannot be turned on and off when the capacity is utilized.*

I went over this issue in some detail in The Red Amendment.

The presentation notes statutory rights of private persons and corporations. It is interesting that the speaker has issues with corporations, but fails to see that the system of law he is talking about is the problem (see notes below on Sohm).

This is one of the flaws in the presentation. Due to the fact of somewhat confusing legislation.

Also note that the denotation of private property is property controlled by private law.

Nonetheless, this presentation has good substance; however, be aware that there are some misconceptions or flaws.

Please note that this is the crux of what people need to understand when they study the issues of law.
And I stress that the straw man principle is nonsense that dances around such mentioned matters of private law.

The long and the short of this issue of private law lies within this law maxim:

* Cujus est commodum ejus debet esse incommodum. He who receives the benefit should also bear the disadvantage.

Note that the political status under the 14th Amendment sucks one into the massive system of private (person) law.

I have been in the truth movement since the forepart of the 1990’s. One of
my primary mentors was a man by the name of Karl Granse. Karl centered on
the rule of law. This encompassed constitutional law. This provided me the
proper foundation for my research. In the many events that I had attended,
Karl had warned us about the “soothsayers” that had one goal in mind. That
goal was money.
The thing is, when I got into this movement I knew that I could not be
free unless others were free. That is the impetus behind the founding of
the People’s Awareness Coalition. In the fifteen years that I have been
studying the law, I have seen many of the types that Karl had mentioned
come and go. Needless to say, there has been a slue of them the past ten
years.

Well, I have had enough of these types. There is one group that I have
recently come across that will probably be relieving a lot of money from
people. It was bad enough in the original form of which I discovered this
group; but they have now added the Word of God (the Bible) to assist them
in seducing people out of their money. I will tell you that this group
makes Taking Back America (that was run by Austin Gary Cooper from early
2000) look like nothing. These guys have taken every bad process being
pushed the past several years and are peddling them for high dollars.
Moreover, they are using the material of other researchers to bait people
into there “education” program. In other words, the things PAC provides at
no charge, they are charging for.

I have prepared an article that goes over the particulars of which people
have been mislead the past numerous years. I submit to you that this
writing is one of the most important that I have done in the past several
years. The article is entitled: Divide and Conquer, via Greed. You may

your friends and lists to protect people from acts that defy the simplest
means of moral turpitude:

The group mentioned in the article has provided enough prima facie
evidence to be exposed. There are more of these types being investigated.
I am working with Brother Gregory on some of them. You will be advised
when we have more information. Moreover, there are other things in
progress that will assist in putting an end to this insanity. Keep in
mind, this happens due to people not working together.

In a final word, it has been said that even bad publicity is good
publicity; however, as you are a subscriber to the Coalition, it is
surmised that you are a bit more discerning and will not regard the noted
people, publication and sites in the article as an advertisement…
