I just went to that site downloaded and read the American v US Juristiction essay. I have to say that it brought the whole thing home for me.

I have been asking my friends lately why the whole world comes to a stop every time the Pope farts. Now I know. I have been asking lately of my friends why is it we don't hear about the hight Rabi when he gets sick etc. Now I know.

It is my opinion that there are some here who do not have a proper understanding of the actual meaning of the 14th AMDMT due to not looking at the connectivity of the Expatriation Act, the Reconstruction Act (13th-15th Amdmts), emergency war powers under the Constitution/Law of Nations, 22USC, 28 USC, 8 USC, AND THE ACTUAL SYNTAX OF THE AMENDMENTS THEMSELVES in toto.

Before you start spouting off case cites like Dred Scott/Slaughterhouse, Remember the doctrine of judicial immunity. Considering the impact of creating a fictitious citizenship thus imposing a strong presumption, alot of those holdings were probably rigged from the get go in order to have "controlling" case law in order to foster the U.S. citizenship presumption.
W/ the majic of Judicial Immunity, the judge can be wrong & rule only to have it "corrected" up the road. Saying that "that's what the Supreme Court says" as your main point is equivalent to when Catholics think you need a Pope to tell you what the Bible means. As the Superior Sovereign, you have the power to understand legalese by diligently studying/memorizing law dictionary definitions from cover to cover as well as being able to decode statutory definitions. It's time to take off the diapers, guys.
