Wargames,
I believe he has the book you referenced, but I will certainly ask him. Right now he is working on Bank and Court issues, so I am told. Where might I get a copy of this book?

Hopefully Mr Keating allows you guys to produce either tapes or a transcript of the seminar and makes them available for purchase for those of us who cant make it down!

We will be working on that. He does sell the tapes and DVDs from seminars. |

It was so hard to nail him down on any specific procedure, it would be unsafe for us to divulge any aspect of it without someone winding up in jail.
It does involves a situational FS, and putting certain things in as collateral along with the various bonds/BOE.
I would have to watch the DVD of it over & over & really study to execute it properly. But he was so all over the place, it was tough to ascertain an exact M.O.
Thing is is that you don't file it as the secured party. Take a gander at the various checkboxes in number 5 on the FS.
Are you KGodd the grantor?
There are a whole lot more questions that need to be answered before we get into serious trouble, but getting the judges bond # is a must which is no secret

Kgod,
I have a master DVD for the seminar and will be watching it many times once I free some time up and my back is not giving me fits. I also have the complete Winston Shrout DVD set from his seminar in Seattle in November 2004. I have seen bits and pieces of it and I can tell you there is some "gold in them thar hills." I will be getting into this one deeply as well. As soon as I have been able to study the Shrout DVDs I will share. Some of it is in line with Keating from what little I have seen of it. I will keep you posted. |
