Marc Stevens is an expert on courts, government and politics and has appeared on over 90 radio shows and several TV shows—visit www.adventuresinlegalland.com for excerpts from his book and links to archived shows. Mr. Stevens strips away the “legalese” and disperses clouds of secrecy. He does NOT give legal advice, but he is free to share his legal experiences (not theory!) for your advantage. You’ll learn:

· The one question to ask that defeats any bureaucrat’s case
· Actual transcripts from winning civil & criminal cases (i.e., tax, traffic)
· One question the “judge” will never answer (and why that’s good)
· How to quickly distinguish facts from opinions, and why that’s critical
· Why “state” attorneys cannot prove they have a client
· How the wording of questions can make or break a case
· Proof the “state” is just an alter ego, and why that’s important…and more

Here's the deal

In a conversation w/ Marc, He explained that he needs 40 people. To the best of my understanding, after I inquired; he said that takes care of the plane, lodging & the venue. I'm sure there are more details to work out, but that's the skinny.

What I'm thimking is this. We need a southeast seminar for states below the Mason Dixon to Missipi/Louisianna

If you Southeast SJ's would please post here, maybe we could get 40 folk together from NC, SC, TN, MS, LA, AL, GA, FL.

That's an average of 5 people per Southeastern State. I know we can do this thing. Also @ $100 a head, it can't be beat especially in light of all of these headhuntin' mercenaries baggin' & taggin' @ $200 plus a person.

If you haven't heard of or read Marv's stuff, you are missing out on a must have education for survival & damage control from bureaucrats & alphabet soup agencies.

Come on, guys 40 people, just 40 people. Southeast. It'll be the first Sui Juris.net organized event for 2005 & the first regional effort for SJ.net ever planned!
Post here if you are into it

This seminar was cancelled. Not enough people. It is tentatively rescheduled for late March.
