....And I want to know how I got drug into this as well. I have never solicited anyone on this site. I've only gave an opposing opinion and help facilitate converstation b/t members who were clients of another person. I've actually DENIED a person from this site access to this program, so I think this is total BS on this board, as usual.
But I am not in the least bit surprised. I was clued into who runs this board (quatloos) back in my Rice M. days, so these off base conclusions are of no surprise and somewhat typical and expected to me.

A lot of those guys over there are attorneys (incompetent). Need I say more. Everything they are doing over there is just giving us more credence The lies and mistatements over there are rampant. They would not know the truth if it bit them.

They claim to be attorneys, judges, tax and law professionals, etc,. and are standing with their hands (and guns) out for their various "services."
They comprise the elements that the common man are told to serve and respect without question, yet, on an issue so simple a child could make the correct observation, one of their own, a professing "Attorney/ex law prof/ex judge" puts forth a errant claim.
Of course it was downplayed as a simple mistake, but my opinion is that by habit they will put forth whatever they think will serve their purposes; and since the motive is not the unconditional furtherance of truth and freedom, but personal gain of wealth and power at the point of the gun, there is no such thing as a simple mistake when dealing in that realm. The motive was to make suijuris members look like fools and the poster felt that associating us all with DG would be helpful in this cause.
I will not debate or argue with them. When you offer them proof they will change the subject or offer a non-reply that skirts the issue. See the response to Jerseee's post and proof of claim. They demand citations for successes, even though many of the real successes do not go through their courts.
The guidelines for a success seem to be "Show me a success certified by my comrades in arms or it is no success at all."
Talk about denial of reality. When a statute, code, or court holding changes tomorrow, does reality change? Does truth change? Does right and wrong change?
If so, there are no absolutes, and the only logical conclusion is that reality, truth, and right and wrong are determined arbitrarily on a daily basis by those with the most power, guns, and money, and the rest of us can choose to run, fight, or be their slaves.
I am not trying to scare anyone on either side of a fence. My hand is not out for money. I do not claim to be an expert who can give advice. After all, why should I? I tell the truth.

Flecompte,
Umm, you drug yourself into this when you became the most publicly vocal spokesperson for DG I have ever been exposed to.
So no offense, but all that money you made off this movement should help sooth the pain of the false accusation, which for you, would have actuall been a decent complement.
No offense... just speaking the truth.

SJ,
With all due respect, please define "all that money" and "which for you" for me. You obviously have some mis-guided opinion that I am drowing in money, and you know me personally, b/c of my participation in TDG process and my willingness to go out into the fire and stand up for something, especially when people are making un-substantiated claims and opinions they cannot validate.
No offense, just asking for the truth

Maybe I have a misunderstanding on the number of clients you had and the fees involved. I was under the impression you had hundreds of clients, based on that and my understanding of the fees, it would be lot of money coming your way. My most sincere apologies if I had a faulty understanding...

SJ,
Until that thread opened, I've never caused "a bit of a stir" on this board before. I've always came here to learn, and expand my knowledge.
Prior to ANY involvement to TDG, I was a member of other forums that I lashed out at ignorance with the same fury I did here and still do today on other forums. I am no different now from what I was two years ago on Tom Schauf's board.
Bottom Line: I don't take crap from anyone, including the "infamous for railroading" justice system or anyone else for that matter. Those sh*t-stirrers wanted to come here and stir up trouble, and they got right back what they put out.
Lastly, once a couple of respected members asked me to step back from my engaging in their "garbage propaganda", I did so, out of respect for my fellow members.

flecompte,
These guys do not do their research and just assume everything. I for one appreciate the fact that you are here answering questions and helping members at no cost and you did mention once before that the folks that you are helping here are not even your clients. This is a plus to me.
there are other members that are affiliates of various programs out there that do not solicit as well. I'd like to say thanks to them as well.
Further, I appreciate that you abide by our rules and not solicit but, yet you are willing to help members in need for free. thanks a heap for setting the example!

Bassboy,
Quatloos are folks similiar to us in that they share the same ideals, except one thing that stands out---the assumptious troglidites and lead by someone who does not do diligent research before posting and follow this guy like a god.
