Thumbs up Law Research Group

I've got to thank Jason Whitney and his Crew from Law Research Group for putting on a high quality seminar and offering great products at a fair price.

There are mixed critiques regarding Jason and crew, but I can tell you that these guys are 100% dedicated to the cause in that they sponsored a high dollar & quality speaker (Cornforth) in an area far away from them and BARELY BROKE EVEN OR PERHAPS AT A LOSS.

This is evidenced first hand by me in that these guys are dedicated to quality by holding the event at a Hilton nonetheless and put Cornforth up over there.

In speaking to Jason and crew, not profiting from this is hardly an issue to them because they expressed their desire to hold high quality events in high quality venues.

I tell ya, after being to other seminars where either you walk out more confused or perhaps in some ghetto-ized dump; seeing a high-powered teacher/litigator like Cornforth in a REAL venue was a real treat.

Their orders are more on time than ever and they are stocked up ready to unload some KILLER books and vids.

P.S. Don't Cry For Me Argentina

Wow man,

Thanks for the kind words. All I can say is that I really do appreciate the support and do look forward to heading to the East Coast again this summer. We are seeking out others that we feel will offer proper teaching however, we do intend to do a lot more work with Cornforth in the future. Stay tuned though; I am supposed to resolve an invite to lecture in Virginia in July.

Thanks again to everyone.

What part of Virginia you planning to hit Jason?

Make it southern and you have a customer...

If so, there are no absolutes, and the only logical conclusion is that reality, truth, and right and wrong are determined arbitrarily on a daily basis by those with the most power, guns, and money, and the rest of us can choose to run, fight, or be their slaves.

Honestly I am not sure. I plan to have the data by tomorrow. The gentleman who is planning on assisting with the event is Al Pasciuti who has recently relocated to Virginia from California. Although I am not much for presenting two-day workshops, I may actually muster up something a bit extra since I would be traveling so far. More than likely though I will only speak for one day say eight to ten hours. I try to keep things moving by using Power Point and lots of document examples otherwise I get bored and so do others.

When I get the final data I shall post it in the service providers directory.

YUP, I told you guys last April if you get the opportunity to see a great Richard Cornforth seminar put on Jason, Pete Smith and the rest of the crew take advantage.

I was so inspired when I went, I wanted everyone to go if the opportunity arises.

Thanks Jason for all your hard work and dedication!! I have learned a ton from you and used lots of the infor you have provided. Still driving with my Not for Hire plate with no trouble at all. July 4th I was going to town at about 70-75mph, had NHP behind me, never slowed down, no seatbelt and after about 8 miles we finally came to a place where NHP could pass me and he did.

I LOVE IT!!!!

Any recommended prerequisites to use XXX?

Hi everyone,

My first post on this forum and many shall follow.

I am in need of a lot of help, mostly from myself from what I can gather here, but a few immediate practical tips and advice I'm asking of you all at this time.

I have looked into the services of lexingtonlaw.com for CRA item removal, but they seem to focus on disputals, so unless someone can speak up for them I will won't consider them further.

I have been looking in the member's download section for CRA's and credit cleanup, but I'm unsure how to proceed (Use Jersee's VOD template of 20 pages I assume) but does this discharge the debt itself or merley the record with the CRA?

As I have been unable to pay CC's and mortgage for the last three months and avoided answering unknown phonecalls and opening letters, but trying to study the methods here and desperately trying to reach some conclusion on how to move forward, I've now realized I ended up in analysis paralysis instead and need to start somewhere quickly.

I've decided to order the Unsecured Debt Resolution package and the adjoining DVD workshop. Maybe also Beating down on credit collectors.

Any free prerequisites I should read from here, as I really can't afford to order anything but the bare necessities right now.

Any other immediate action I can take?
Should I remove the numbers on my house to confuse process servants?
Any other immediate practical tips from the trenches besides more reading?

Best Regards and looking forwards to my self education?

Populous, Welcome to the forum! First of all, there a lot of information in this forum concerning your situation. You need a reseach, and what direction to be taken after you gather your sources. Second of all, you don't need to change your mailing address or number to confuse the process servant either way they will find you. You have to face it and fight, if you no what you are doing. Third of all, you don't have to worry too much about debt collector, they are easy to get rid of. All the tools you need is right here in this forum.
