95% success rate?
It goes back to "produce the injured party" and such. Remember, you are not liable except for injury of another. Traffic tickets are "State vs. You".
Can it be any more clear than that?
Give it a shot... I've said it before and I'll say it again, if it will lead you to a better understanding of the Law then it is money well spent.
They claim that the process is based on "Common Law" and that should mean that there will not be any quotes of UCC code or other "codified" law.

i asked about the "Affidavit of Truth" title and here's the answer i got:
Black’s Law Dictionary, Abridged Seventh Edition.
Definition of Affidavit: A voluntary declaration of facts written down and sworn to by the declarant before an officer authorized to administer oaths. It is not necessary to swear to the facts in the Affidavit in this instance because, it is signed by the declarant under the penalty of perjury of the laws of The United States of America and The State of California and the declarant’s signature is witness by two witnesses.
Yes, it is true, including the word ‘truth’ in the name describing the affidavit may be restating the obvious but, restating something is not necessarily taboo, it can often drive home a point. I did not create the name; Affidavit of Truth, it has been in long term usage by some of those in the patriot and freedom movement. If you wanted to call it by another name then, that would be just fine.
so sayeth ticketslayer.com...

As I mentioned earlier, I am now a customer of TicketSlayer.com. Since then, I have had a couple of lengthy phone conversations with the owner and he is a very nice, very knowedgeable man. I received my do***ents and I am in the process of putting them to use. I cannot yet attest to the effectiveness of their use, but I can attest to the integrity of the man. I invited him to join this site, so soon his voice should be amongst us. I also sent him some samples of do***ents that i have as a gesture of good faith and to encourage the free sharing of information .

BT,
Now that is being a suijuris.net member!! free flow of information!! Good move.
Check out the rules and procedures of court and read up on "sanctions". I wonder if the owner has ever tried judicial notice? (on the record)

I do hope he makes his presence known. This is one area where we almost all seem to need help, and remedies are complicated and not always successful. If this man is knowledgable, and willing to share, yahooo. His method seems simplistic and great success rate -- if accurate.

95% success rate?
Hey guys/gals!
Just had a thought! Actually, maybe more like a brain fart!
What would happen if one sent a CPN in response to a 'parking' ticket?
Has anyone ever successfully used a CPN/BOE for anything other than CC or bank debts that has actually been accpeted for discharge?
Just curious.

Doc,
Actually that has been tried--I forgot the results but alot of folks focus on the legitmacy rather than keep the fraud going.
