Yes Seeker! The Curious Club has a new member. Been one a long time, just figured I'd make it official. Thanx!
Jerseee, Boy would I love to know what the outcome was for that person. You know, just curious!

95% success rate?
Hello everyone,
It's my first time posting anything and I 'd like to say this is an awesome cite.
Doc, a few months ago I got to see copies of a BOE and a recpt.
from District Court. The BOE was used to discharge several traffic tickets. The recpt. showed these tickets were paid in full.
The guy who used the BOE was told to wait and the judge had gone through all other defendants. The room was almost empty when the judge finally addressed him and said that he had been instructed to accept BOE's.

Kahu;
Welcome!
Boy, would I love to see those docs! Any chance of uploading copies to the site?

Kahu,
I don't mean to be a stick in the mud, but, that will remain just aother "story" unless and until proof of such can be produced.

Seeker & Ice,
I'll try to get ahold of those docs to upload within a week.
No problem Ice, validation is the key.

Just an update about TicketSlayer.com
If you recall i offered Greg, the owner, free access to any and all resources I had at my disposal to deal with some of his issues and it turns out some of the stuff was helpful and in the spirit of free sharing he credited back my CC for the cost of his package as a show of reciprocal good faith.
With all the less-than-honest vendors out there its good to find a person of high integrity every once and awhile, and I think Greg is one of them.

I'm a new guy here, and glad to have found a community of like-minded fellows. I know naught about ticketslayer, but I purchased info from "TIPMRA.com" , and I got my money's worth. The information is touted as "trial by ambush", where you request certain documents during the trial that would be necessary to prove the officer's findings to a legal degree of certainty. also, you are given lists of case law, state by state, which are updated constantly.

<font color=darkblue face=tahoma>From what i can tell, they use the statutory technicality strategy.

good stuff, but, i would rather diffuse the situation with common law over the technical issues. always think from a jury mindset. one thing to keep in mind if ever in front of a jury, explain to them that prior restraint is unconstitutional (laws that prevent crimes before they happen take away your liberty)
