Actually, I copied this from clyde's forum and posted it here.
In the Revised Code of Washington where he is from, it used to state, or may still state, that there could be no municipal corporations outfitted w/ guns.
The reason it is unconstitutional is because of a standing army being implemented in a time of peace. But, since the civil war, there's been a quiet rebellion against the dejure gov by defacto U.S. citizens to where they can "legally" invoke emergency war powers w/ police forces

ok, now, that sounds better. you can box them in by stating that the cops are a standing army. do they give ORDERS? sure they do, if you dont obey, thats called obstruction. now, a judge will not admit the war powers or any of that so, you can box them in with that. good info. i like that better than saying a muncipality cannot put guns on them. use the constitution to box them in. this is why the use of force policy that police use can be used to box them in also. they are authorized to use deadly force, only a army can do that.

It is especially cool when apllying stevens' logic of questioning.
Ask the judge if he has taken an oath to uphold & defend the constitution
Ask if it is on file
Ask him to take mandatory Judicial Notice of it (JN)
You need to first get the standing army article, & then ask the judge if the ticket itself & the way you were forced to sign the promise to appear at the risk of being tazed, maced, clubbed, cuffed, stuffed, kidnapped, and impounded is actually consistent w/the constitution?

Top o' the mo(u)rn
Whilst y'all think about the little details, (which are correct by the way), Remember that this corporate nation no longer runs under the Constitution for the most part. Sure, the black-robed folks and the various "enforcement branches" all take oaths, but there are two things that I believe and would like to put out for notice: One, most of them which take the oath, do not even care about that promise anymore. To them, it's just part of the ceremony, having long ago lost its meaning. Second, even the "mob" has its "enforcers", as does any CRMINAL organization. The corollary is that , like the "mob", our governmental system now runs on fear and exhtortion. We, the people are supposed the Cops ON the system, that should be keeping it within its prescribed limits. Unfortunately, most of the people have fallen asleep, or worse, accepted bribes to look the other way while the servants put us in chains and bondage.

sure its just a ceremony to them, go ask for the oath and they gotta blow dust off them (for real, no joke). the oath and other information i use to void their actions and cancel their contracts for fraud. thats how i use them. and I DONT ASK THEM TO VOID ANYTHING ANYMORE, i do it myself. Thats the main difference between me and Richard Cornforth, hes still asking the court to void their own military orders, i void them myself.

Well would you expect someone who relies on the 14th amendment for protection to operate as the De Jure Superior Sovereign over the De Facto Inferior system?

ha ha ha, just look at the scenario, a judge gives you a order and then you ask HIM to void his own order. ha ha ha. look, Cornforth gives some good reasons to void orders, but, hes still stuck on the wrong side of the sovereignty fence like you said. you dont ask the judge to do nothing, he works for you.

Bugs Bunny
We learned about sovereignty when we were kids watching cartoons.
Remember Foghorn Leghorn? That sucker was the epitomy of a sovereign.
He really said it all:
- "I said - I said, boy. I am the rooster & you are the dawg"
Remember?
Another quick quote from our main man Foghorn,
- "You're nothin' but a dumb dawg"
All us folk here in the dirty Southeast know what up wit dat

P.S. For all of you bottom feeding, government subsidized, cheese eating rats, these are considered wins, because we are not surrending our hard earned capital towards paying your salary coupled with the fact that we come out stronger & smarter.
And the thing is, you guys always are losers because you rely on the guardianship of a corrupted machine while contributing nothing to the Arts, sciences and trades. You base your whole drive and destiny in life on worthless paper created out of thin air.
Also, about Greg Slaughter. I told him about this thread hyping his site & how many views it has had, with absolutely no response back.
I can only hope he is too busy to reply.
