Seeking Law Codes Violated By Bank

Aloha all, as always seek your advise/help esspecially for those whose been there. I myself am very new to this whole ordeal and need your help please!

Anyways as you've read in the last post, I've sent out police reports. Well the govenors office received & refered my report to the Division of Financial Institutions("DFI") since DFI is the regulator for Bank of Hawaii (BOH).

I personally don't understand and need help. DFI is letting me know that I could file a complaint against (BOH) and that they would investigate what the problem is but I would need to fill out their complaint form. Also that DFI's authority is limited to provisions of chapters 412 & 449 of Hawaii Revised Statues and that they don't have the authority to make determinations of fact or to rule on contractual matters between a private individual & an institution regulated by DFI and that I should consult a private attorney to determine legal rights I may have agains (BOH).

This is where I desperatelly need any and all help to find laws that (BOH) & all commercial banks had violated their own laws please help DESPERATE.

THEY'VE GIVEN ME A TIME FRAME TO RESPOND BACK TO THEM ITS 3/7/05/ TODAY I HAVE TO THE 3/15/05. DESPERATELY SEEKING LAWS THAT BOH VIOLATED YOU AND I AS PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS. MORESO THOSE BEFORE US. FAMILYS WHO LOST THEIR HOMES. HELP ME DO SOMETHING IN THIS SHORT TIME THAT I HAVE.

you need to be looking at the banking threads posted there. that's where you might find the best help.

I llive in Florida and have lived the same experiences you describe. The government operates in that way, frustrating you and stealing the time of your life. It is always the same story. The companies and the govrnment institutions are all birds of the same feather. I realized it in a few months but <i wsas in shock after discovering it and it took me almost 3 years just to accept it.
Just pretend you are waiting for their help, keep pretending you still believe they have some honor and use all your free time studyin sites like this one and others, learning as much as you can about a superior law and a true justice. Stay away from lawyers. They work to cover the corporations crimes against humanity.

If time is of the essence, sleep 4 hours to assimilate as much material as you can and take the proper steps. You are not alone, believe me. I can tell you we ae together on this. But i have developed such a sick skin after the countless nights crying and without sleeping... Believe me, the inner self becomes a giant suddenly. No one will ever destroy you without your consent.

After 2 years of harassment, I now have to judgments against me. I was pulled in a total of 4 times, two per credit card, for depositions with court reporters, and 4 times in court. The judge rules in favor of the BANKERS. I was awarded the legal fees and accruing interest. I paid a credit card elimination company to advise me on how to handle the situtation and still lost. The fee was very steep. but what bothers me the most, is that I paid someone who preformed nothing but make a fool of myself. I spent many hours worrying and fretting. The banks are starting another round of attacks.

What's funning, (not) is a friend of mine, was told in court, by the judge, on an alimony case, that alimony was to paid before the debt, but the debt was made first. Go figure.
