THIS IS IN RESPONSE TO SOME MIS / DIS INFORMATION THAT WAS SAID TO HAVE COME FROM LARRY BECRAFT (SEE BOTTOM OF EMAIL)...
Larry Becraft puts out some amount of mis/disinformation. It shows that he really does not know what is really going on (or maybe he does?). Recently I had also corrected him in the United States being foreign to the several states, i.e. the republics of the Union, when he said they were not (see Title 22 USC § 2659). I would like to thank Larry for the info (indirectly) though as it further confirms everything I have said for the past 8 years or more. Although I note that Larry uses the term "national of the United States" and "national" interchangeably, as does the United States and the states (so it appears). I have also noted that Larry uses "citizen of the United States" interchangeably with the old definition and the new one under the 14th Amendment. This is the deceptive game that the INSURGENTS play. It should be noted that they are misrepresenting Black Letter Law when they do this.
This matter is explained in The Red Amendment, 2007 edition; however, below are the authorities that clear this instant misrepresentation (intentional?):
Title 8 USC § 1101(a)(21). The term “national” means a person owing permanent allegiance to a state.
Title 8 USC § 1101(a)(22). The term “national of the United States” means: (A). A citizen of the United States or (a Fourteenth Amendment citizen (Title 8 USC § 1401(a), see also Title 22 USC § 456(f) a U.S. citizen owes allegiance to the United States); (B). A person who, though not a citizen of the United States, owes permanent allegiance to the United States (a person that has a citizenship in a possession of the United States (Title 8 USC § 1408 & Title 8 USC § 1101(a)(29)).
Title 8 USC § 1401(a). The following shall be nationals and citizens of the United States at birth: a person born in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof.
The authority below describes the trust territories under mandate (of the 14th Amendment) as noted in IOWA ADMIN CODE 871-24.60 (96) ("a person who lives in mandated or trust territories administered by the United States"):
Title 8 USC § 1101(a)(14). The term “foreign state” includes outlying possessions of a foreign state the land, but self-governing dominions or territories under mandate or trusteeship shall be regarded as separate foreign states.

7 FAM 1203 Definitions:
(1) "Citizen" means a person who acquired U.S. citizenship at birth or upon naturalization as provided by law. All U.S. citizens as nationals of the United States.
ERGO: As noted in 871-24.60 (96) Iowa Administrative Code: Every "American" lives in the TRUST TERRITORIES (Title 8 USC § 1101(a)(14)) as "citizens and nationals of the United States" (Title 8 USC § 1101(a)(22)(A)), except those who have corrected their nationalities (Title 8 USC § 1101(a)(21)).
It is getting very old that people listen to all the "know-it-alls" (
e.g. Jack Smith, Barton Buhtz, Winston Strout, Jack and Margy Flynn, etc.) when none of these people know little or nothing. (The "Redemption" theory is just that: a theory, which has no legal foundation.)
Most teachings of these teachings I have seen is regenerated material that has not worked in the past. So someone else comes along and makes a minor adjustment or calls it something different and that makes it better? I find that none of them have anything to offer that is worth anything; most of the material is so off-point that I feel most of these types are disinfo agents. People that listen to them will stay on the path to nowhere and continue to
Walk the Fence. It is ventured that people rather listen to apparent lies and dis / mis information rather than the truth. What I have done is backed-up with fact in law, hence has sound legal foundation.
You can take what was said above as arrogant, but I really do not care anymore. People can keep floundering and getting ripped-off if they want. The real issues are all explained in The Red Amendment. After reading this book you will understand the true problem.
