There seems to be some confusion, at times, amongst the ranks. There must always be clarity in our games plan, objectives and knowledge of the law against the IRS. It is imperative to have a thorough understanding of the basic fundamentals of the law before we move on to more advanced issue.
We will be charging a small fee for admission $30 but will be well worth it. Last time, I attended one of their meeting I was totally blown away by their knowledge of the law.*

Yeah, I was thoroughly impressed by their audio series. I wish I could go to the seminar. $30 bucks is more than reasonable.

Do you have any idea what happened to their website? Nighthawkbbs.com? I've never had any luck getting in touch with these guys. I did call Marlin one time but he was not available and the person on the phone didn't knew anything about the website.

They're big on court procedure, state citizenship, sovereignty, IRS.
They've been a major pain in the ass on Florida bureauRATS for sure.
The last push was for the Governor to correct the record in D.C., based on our filings, that we were Floridians and NOT U.S. citizens.
They had the Secretary of State runnin' around like a rat.
Didn't work for us though, but we won't quit.
Himand Marlon Hokenson are geniuses in the courtroom. They successfully rebut the STRAWMAN presumption w/o the UCC voodoo.
