I emember surfing on Westlaw and noticing that there is an attorney's version of the Rules of Procedure. I couldn't access them because it was the student version

And we have these folks from Quatloos who like to think that the justice system is fair when the real Rules of Procedure can only be procured if you are with the BAR.
