The agreement you show in court DOES NOT have the names of the address, bank account, car, etc. .

It only makes reference to the escrow agreement number.

The escrow agreement should be w/a foreign escrow company not in a Tax treaty nation who can't get bullied by the U.S. Thugboyz

To Clarify;
Although the contract aspect of Chris's depo was interesting, I am NOT in support of his 50 dollar response letters which have been reported by many NOT TO WORK

Also, if the IMF stuff is inadmissable , why pay all that money for the decoding software?

He should offer a money back guarantee at least

Sorry, but after reading Weis' post quoting the blackrobed Jimbo Lorenz, I don't feel as hopeful no matter how incredibly talented and knowledgeable Chris is.
One thing for sure, he has now joined Larken in my prayers. Anyone copied his website in case it gets yanked?

If the government is allowed to shut down the Family Guardian, how long will it be before they start closing other websites that may not support the government view? Render therefore to all their due, taxes to whom taxes are due, customs to whom customes are due, fear to whom fear, honor to whom honor.

If it isn't due... then it isn't owed.

But I suppose Rookard can actually show us the law, unlike the authorities that claim there is one and yet cannot produce anything more than a side step when asked to see it.

Proof of claim has been requested and none has been produced.

Romans 13 speaks of government being a "terror to evil" but does not mention anything about a government that is a terror and an evil to the people.

If Rookard believes that we should idly sit by while the gov. is allowed to break into any Americans home, kidnap them, hold them, put them on secret trial and then execute them... then he isn't living in Reality.

The gov. that you support now has the authority to break into Your home and do as they please with you -- and you have no recourse, no due process and no court or judge to call for assistance. And yet, you support them. They have taken your natural rights that they have vowed to uphold, defend and protect. And yet, you support them.

Think on it for awhile BR. After you have thought about it you may want to become active in attempts to effect a change in the direction the gov. is taking.

And let us not forget that this government is not a RULER -- it is a SERVANT of the People. So truly, Romans 13 does not apply because of that very fact. The government is NOT the authority -- the People are the authority.
