i made this entry today at my webpage. it basically sums up EVERYTHING we do with all law in a nutshell. This is in response to a comment a member made:

the beauty if you wanna call it that is this, does it matter whether WE can prove hjr 192 or prepaid accounts? stop and really think about it. they cant prove 90 percent of the crap they pull in the courts. the reason is simple and you said it, there is no law, the law is in the contract. so, i can write up a contract and make up 100 percent of what i am saying and make it stick. they do it all the time. we cure their defects in their process. i made a comment at sui juris about the major scam of child support recovery. the key word is recovery. the state is only suppose to get involved if they are seeking recovery of tanf funds your child received. but guess what, they will presume and assume that in all their claims against you whether true or not and get you to admit to it even if it isnt true by your ignorance to rebut it if it isnt true. there is no law so it doesnt matter what we can prove, it only matters whats in the contract. thats the whole game in a nutshell. thats why i started the thread about certify the statute. they telling you that you owe them money and got you arguing about everything but that. (not you personally but us) peeace.

one more thing, bar attorneys and judges dont know law anyway, they know procedure and if things dont go their way, they pull out the guns and handcuffs, simple as that. Its all a money racket that they created by and for themselves, a mafia monopoly, law doesnt matter, just protecting their fiefdom.
