My money is on Chris... the DOJ has the guns, but Chris has the pen and he will bury them in paper... never seen one person write so much!

If so, there are no absolutes, and the only logical conclusion is that reality, truth, and right and wrong are determined arbitrarily on a daily basis by those with the most power, guns, and money, and the rest of us can choose to run, fight, or be their slaves.

I'm with you on that, SJ. If he's anything like I suspect, he likely has most of his stuff written already. They shouldn'tve messed with Chris. However, this could be a sign that they are getting desperate. Just the fact that they'd risk loosing to such a formidable enemy is a statement in and of itself.

updates on his case
http://famguardian.org/Subjects/Taxe...ack-050502.htm
He's gonna drill 'em w/the 500 questions We the People NEVER got to ask.
I wonder if they'll actually give him discovery. After the thug action I've gone through w/them, I'd be mazed if they would condescend so much ast to "allow" any questioning of what they're doing. If discovery is permitted, they are done

I tell ya, the only thing that strikes a nerve in me, is some of these peoples' claim saying that they are a "ministry".
The Biblical view of ministry is basically helping people out UNCONDITIONALLY.
Chris has satisfied that with his voluminous site. The thing is, though, a true minister, preaches salvation to the lost.
I can only hope that Chris uses the FRNS he takes as "donations" to his "ministry" are being used for him to evangelize the Gospel according to I Cor 15:4.
I haven't noticed any explanation on his site telling people how to be saved from the wrath to come.
I am impressed by the relevant scriptures he posts regarding sovereignty issues, but I have not seen a presentation of the Gospel, and how to put your trust in the message for eternal life.
I can only hope that he is using those FRNS to feed or clothe the poor or help out destitute people. That is what the Bible defines as ministry. I'm sure he helps some people who are down & out from time to time, but if one is going to call what they do , a "ministry", and they are not actively telling people how to be saved from eternal damnation, then the ministry is in vain

Exactly why you don't mix God, religion, and government. 2 of them are cults and one is The Almighty. I wish him well in this battle.

The founding fathers never intended for there to be separation of church and state. The state is not to create it's own state religion, but men of God were always put into public office. We are in the mess we are in because men of God are no longer running our country.
I commend Chris for his stand as a man of God first. It is because of this that I believe he has a better chance of winning, plus the fact that Bob Shulz and We the People are taking the government to task as well. The heat is up and the IRS is on the ropes. I see definite desperation here. Chris definitley has it together.

Chris Hansen is a dweeb who works for the government as a programmer, BTW. Shed no tears when he goes down, hard.
