We'll See . . .
I don't know, but what I do know is that a 30 day letter sent to me over 2 months ago has yet to be followed up upon. Also, I have personal knowledge of a friend of mine in Florida who does this neutral response w/no repercussions. So we'll see, however, this is not just in the realm of speculation or conjecture

I know you are not disagreeing with me, but I thought I would point out what I thought about your method.
I have done exactly what Weis said to do. It didn't work. The IRS kept sending me letters. When I sent back their letters "return to sender, moved" etc, I got a letter from them asking me to verify my address. I opened the letter. Stupid. A few weeks later, when their "verify your address" letter was not returned, I got a letter from examinations office. They knew when they did not get back that letter that I was still at that address. I learned to never open their mail from then on.

His lover and friends didn't want anything to do with him after the IRS raid. No support, no contact, no nothin! My impression of his lifestyle was that he was living high on the hog-- materialistic lifestyle. Bank accounts , trust accounts, real estate investments, and who knows what else; ... papers, papers and more papers; and a lover that appears to have loved him only superficially, ie., for the lifestyle he provided her. I know IRS has broken up many marriages, but at the same, I think people are just too materialistic.

Materialism
Unless he was living in a trailer or project apartment in Hawaii. Yeah right.
But, in seriousness, it would be great to see him give the DOJ a run & make minced meat of those jokers

The thing is, nobody ever says that when they receive mail that is not theirs. How many people would actually write: "Found this on the sidewalk and thought it was something important so I am returning to you"? I wouldn't. Depending on who the letter was from, I would either: (1) throw it away (2) mark on the envelope "moved", or "return to sender, not here".
How many people actually find mail on the sidewalk?

Panicpass, et al:
Many different businesses and extortion agencies send out tons of mail each day. Whenever a letter arrives at an incorrect detination, try simply sending it back unopened with "this individual does not LIVE at this address. Return to sender. You are NOT lying. A corporation, which they assume you are, is NOT a living, flesh and blood. If you are a true sovereign, you cannot be a corporation. It is my thinking that this also could possibly function as an affadavit of corporate denial, even without your signature on it. Any thoughts?

Nowhere did I say open the letter. I said you send it back and one way to do this is send it back in a new envelope with no return address and no name simply stating it was found and you are returning it, unopened of course. Your way is a good way to do it as well. By the way, I never saw where Weis said return it after opening either. There is no argument here, just clarification.

Today's Honolulu newspaper reports that Johnny Liberty (John David van Hove) has pled guilty and will probably go to prison.

As a resident, who pled guilty, he is bending over, waiting for sentencing.

Why????
Don't these "people" DEMAND the(ir) RIGHT to ASSISTANCE OF COUNSEL??
This IS NOT the same as a "Court Appointed AT-torney" to "represent" one's-self.
Then FIRE the "judge" for PREJUDICE!! (don't recuse him/her), FIRE HIM/HER!!
The "court" will try to "sit" another "robe", then do the process all over again until the "court/bench" is gleaned and cleaned. No other "robes" left to "preside". "Case Dismissed" , end of story.
Also, a FOIA / discovery process is MANDATORY, to unearth the VALIDITY of the "robe" "presiding".
Seeing what's been happening as of late, just my 2 "sense" worth.
