I would suppose there are a few folks here who are subscribed to Ralph Winterrowds' Yahoo group citizensoftheUnitedStatesofAmerica_news. For those who haven't heard of it or joined Ralph always has interesting news from the 49th state. Here is a copy of his latest -

Who will fight in your state or Alaska for a constititional Republic? Here is Alaska there are ZERO public officers. Not one of the usurpers has the Oath of Office for public Officers as found in Article XII section 5 as public Officers.

Of even more importance, they have no "Office" with power and duties that must be created by the state Constitution or the Legislature of the State of Alaska. Agencies are agents of the Legislature and agents of the Congress and they have no Office, and therefore are not public Officers and never could be.

I am not too far from filing on Judge Wolfe in Palmer, as he is the one that I filed for an Independent Judge and he denied, of which there are none in Alaska and did a citizen's arrest on him twice now. Of course he is still there, but I will be filing in the federal court a writ of quo warranto against him. I have also accused him of belonging to a terrorist organization, being the Alaska Bar Association and committing acts of Treason. He just sat there and didn't object to the accusations from me and didn't threatened me with contempt or anything. I had all of the documents in support thereof, and the only real question was that John W. Wolfe's signature on all of the documents.

The dance will get hotter when we get to federal court.
