SKY, it seems that the Link you posted involves a company "who does it for you" for thousands of dollars.

The link I posted involves all of the stuff necessary to do it yourself without having to spend mad FRNS

Yea, OOPS

weis, yea a goof on my part..yet, it's only not really money or dollars is it?? Some may perhaps find it easier and more of a convience. After all, doing it yourself does include taking action some way or another.

Also, I was speaking from experience in that I have spent quite a bit, but am happy with the service, due to the fact the executora, trustees, protectors know how to defend a trust.

I would like to do this myself, and learn equitable pleading in order to defend the trust
