trust and IRS

I am currently using http://www.irx-solutions.com/ and going through their IRS master file program. When I asked about how to protect some assets Dave suggested a trust so he set up a trust for me. This was before I found this forum and discovered other ways to get out of the IRS system and other web sites for trusts. Going this rout as far as the trust was very expensive. Dave is slow and I had to keep reminding him about the trust but the IRS program is moving nicely. i have contacted redpill.infothat str8razor recommended. JR can set up trusts, get tax refunds and handle investments. Although I did not ask his trust prices I got the distinct impression his prices are reasonable.

How well is it working? Is it worth the money they're charging?

We have received many responses to Freedom of Information reqests, discovered IRS has me classified as a 10,000,000 a year "business". As I understand the process we will now focus on forcing IRS to classify me as non-taxpayer. Process takes 1-2 years. iamfrees2 satement in lieu of 1040 with BoE to cover any charges resulting in 0 showing owed for those tax years sounds simpler and quicker in many ways.

Th problem with the BoE thing is that the debt may in fact be discharged - - - - - - - . . . . . so you think . . .

then they cme back after you again saying the debt wasn't.

The "we" is myself and the folks at http://www.irx-solutions.com/. i was referred to them by a trusted source. They have helped over 2000 to non-taxpayer status. The how is obtaining the various IRS master files and (as I understand it) threatening suit against whichever IRS personnel placed incorrect information about me in my file. I will pass on developements as they come along.

Also, please elaborate on the "iamru2's" statement...
I was referring to a post by iamfree2 which I believe was in the taxation section describing a method he used. Weis posted above that there has been problems with that approach.
