CLASS ACTION CASE AGAINST THE CREDIT CARD COMPANIES

<SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana">I just figured it's hard enough to find any attorney to handle cases that most are not able to fully fight on there own + the exposure that it would give to the nation as a whole to show what can possibly be accomplished against the Credit Card companies I have had several people contact me stating that they have gotten into some credit card debt program which cost the from 4k to $15,000 and to find out 6 months down the line they get summons and no one returns their calls or helps them with their problems. Personally I have no problem with attorneys making money if they will bring attacks against the bank since they also have to put allot of work into that.....I think it is a benefit if more of the American public becomes aware of the magnitude of this issue and what has happened<o></o></SPAN>

Re:CLASS ACTION CASE AGAINST THE CREDIT CARD COMPANIES

It is my belief that each of us should assume the responsiblity for ourselves.& I see no reason to go the "class action" route.& The first reason is cuz it requires an ATTORNEY.

But just think how busy the CCC's would be handling all those "individual" claims... which can be handled personally instead of having an ATTORNEY act as "agent".

Re:CLASS ACTION CASE AGAINST THE CREDIT CARD COMPANIES

Funson,

You are violating the rules of the forum and the site. These are considered advertisements for services. Not to mention your vagueness of who is suing who and secret information. How can anyone join something they know nothing about? How can anyone sue someone or something they know nothing about?

Further, your post is not specific or informative. members here will be wary of this simply because it is not forthcoming from its onset. It appears you want to gather names and e-mail addresses.

To mention it in one forum is fine but, not in 2 or 3 others. This appears to be a masss marketing campaign of services. Please follow the rules of this site.

As a personal note, I do not recommend that any of our members join a fight between wolves and jackals over fictional money. Our process here is to avoid these types of games altogether.

Our members here have been doing an excellent job defending their freedom against creditors on their own. They know the truth about debt and credit and how it is created and who is the original lender.

Funson, this class action maybe good for those would do not study and not know their remedy. However, our members know their rights, remedies, the code, honor and dishonor. And they have fun doing the fighting for themselves.

Good luck in your suit and follow the rules. Please remove duplicate posts. This has the same affects as a virus.

Thanks for spelling it out Jerseee. And to any who may receive notice that their name/account may be involved in a class action suit, opt-out immediately to protect your claim from being litigated along with the other ignorant persons who impliedly opted-in by remaining silent.

The only ones who will benefit from this will be the attorneys.& That is why they are so anxious to file these things because they get a great big percentage right off the top.

Re:CLASS ACTION CASE AGAINST THE CREDIT CARD COMPANIES

Members,

Class action lawsuits are a scam - a few attorneys collect as much as or more than the many "clients" they "represent". Class action lawsuits benefit the pertpetrator, and the attorneys, but not the victims. The perpetrator is released from future liability, and the any damages the victims collect are a drop in the bucket compared to any damages they could collect with their own jury.

I for one am COMPETENT, and do not wish to give that status up by doing business with a group of liars.

funson,

You are in violation of the rules of these forums. Do not ever post again unless it is offer substance, not services. If you would have taken the time to read a small percentage of the information on this site, you would have realized that adverising is not permissible. And even worse, you were advertising for attorneys.

I am moving this thread to a more apropriate forum. Not that this is an appropriate place in this forum for advertisements from attorneys.

Re:CLASS ACTION CASE AGAINST THE CREDIT CARD COMPANIES

Funson,

Good question.

There maybe some members on this site with law suits pending but from my knowledge there are none suing credit card companies.

Funson, IMHO why would you want to sue them? Why not just leave them alone? Why get involved with them in this manner when you can easily discharge the debt using the credit reporting agencies and your remedy?

I cannot speak for the members here but I can speak about being suijuris. I do not want anything to do with attornies in this manner. Credit card companies do have a right to be in business (as shady as it is)-- that is freedom. Freedom to rip folks off. These are some of the perils of a free society. But folks have certain freedoms as well--like not getting involved with the shyters from the beginning.

It is the same theory like blaming the tobacco companies for their cancer or blaming fast food for tremendous weight gain.

Go to our Success Stories section and look at the successes there. You will find that we just want to be left alone--not searching for a big payday in some lawsuit.

Thanks for adhereing to our rules.

Re:CLASS ACTION CASE AGAINST THE CREDIT CARD COMPANIES

There are people that have sued CCC's (and banks in regards to mortgage contracts) that have won monetary awards... or settlements.& It is becoming quite common.& There are some CC debt elimination companys that provide this service.

"Class Action" just isn't the way to go.

Re:CLASS ACTION CASE AGAINST THE CREDIT CARD COMPANIES

Especially when no details are given as to whom is suing whom and who is representing these folks in a suit. This just doesn't pass the smell test as being forthright.

Funson, be wary.
