Thanx ICE:

This will be REALLY helpful for so many people who are struggling to get a final judgement on all their "cases."

Again, thanx for the info.

Ice, do you think I should set up a forum&topic for these proceedures? Or do the use of True Bills, Citizen's Grand Jury, etc. fit in the existing forums when the need for such actions arise? Your suggestions are welcome.

If so, there are no absolutes, and the only logical conclusion is that reality, truth, and right and wrong are determined arbitrarily on a daily basis by those with the most power, guns, and money, and the rest of us can choose to run, fight, or be their slaves.

Re:National Civil Liverties Research Foundation

Case by case basis.& My best suggestion would be that members contact NCLRF for seminar info (where a current one is being held or how to promote one in their area) and attend.& The seminars are 2 weeks long, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.& This is technology that everyone of us must have.

I was informed that seminars a limited to 50 participants maximum.& The questions from those attending can slow it down... it's best to write down your ??'s and submit them at the end of the day so that they may be answered the next morning.& In this way, repeats are avoided and the class moves along, allowing for more topics to be discussed.

Again, this type of knowledge is very much needed by all redemptors.& I would also suggest boning up on court room procedures and rules.& Know your local and state rules and procedures as well as the fed.

Re:National Civil Liverties Research Foundation

Ice & SurJuris:& We did some checking up on the method of getting National Civil Liberties Research Foundation to give a seminar in Abilene, Tx. and they have told us there must be a minimum of 20 family units, $500,(per family unit consisting of your entire household) and they would hold a seminar. I think that we are going to try to get 20 family units to attend and see what occurs.& We were going to try to go to court on our own, but if we can attend and take this course, we will be so much better off doing so.& Even though I have been in many court trial during my working year as a paralegal, I need to brush up on my court tactics.& It sounds great.
