I suspect that to be the case also..
I moved the earlier thread to service providers for that reason. He offers little in his post, and insists, with no deviation, that those interested seek him out elsewhere.
I tend to question the motives of folks that prepare paperwork for their clients. I see little difference between them, and bar members, who take advantage of folks ignorance for personal gain.
I have no problem with people being compensated for their time, but I think there's a right and wrong way to approach it.

If you can't defend your documents, then they are worthless.
In my humble opinion, having someone else prepare your paperwork makes for a good bluff in court, but that's all. I also believe there is a level of understanding, that can only be gained by doing your own paperwork.
A mutually beneficial approach is what is best, and is what this board is about.
Post successful sanitized templates, for folks to plug their own info into, and foundational information for them to study.
They learn something that will serve them for life, and Walter can review their work, offer constructive criticism, and won't have to waste his valuable time playing secretary.
If all you need is a remedy, to get out of court, that info is already here, and can be understood and implemented for well under $100 and a few hours of study. What is he offering, that isn't already available here? I've been helping anyone who askes, for 18 months now, and doing it for free.

He's going about this all wrong. Look at what some of the other members do... they post information about the processes they use, experiences of folks that have used those processes... and don't really "advertise" because if people want to benefit from that process... PM's and emails will come.
