Interesting you should mention this, as I just got mine today. The DVD was a good teaser to the book. The samples on the webpage were good enough to get me going on this.
I would suggest listening to the John Jennings audio files over at www.kel.cc/downloads/TaxStuff as well, about how to handle some court situations.
On a side note, John Jennings, Greg Pappas (guest on Liberty Forum recently), and Rice McLeod have been mentioning how you can refuse to accept a courts sentencing. The impression I get from the John Jennings audio files is that this is when the court is in the administrative role, not when you've invoked the judges oath (judicial role). We need to start a thread on this.

I just ordered that book a few days ago and it's already here. I forgot about the DVD being included. I haven't had a chance to read or view yet. I'll keep you posted.....

I loved the DVD and the book is really hard to put down. I agree with Weis....it is funny and sad at the same time. I have never heard of this guy Marc Stevens before but he certainly has had his share a victories apparently. He is fun to watch, great sense of humor, very intelligent, knowledgable and excellent at explaining things. I hope he makes more videos. I like his approach too, sort of like legal Ju Jitsu. If any of you find any mp3's of him on radio shows, please post them on this site somewhere.
So far, I'm really liking this book. I feel like I'm living out that movie "They Live".

I'm gonna post some of Marc Stevens' quotes from his Adventures in Legal Land . There are so many gems, it's amazing. This one is applicable to my situation right now.<BLOCKQUOTE>"traffic Court" is a matter of obedience, domination, and money; not a matter of safety, fairness, and justice.

Just received my copy also.
I also just finished watching the DVD.
What a blast!!! There should be more video like this to make us laugh and also make us angry at the same time.
Can't wait to get into the book now.
Add my recommendation that everyone should pick this up and have some fun while learning.

kgod, I think SuiJuris fixed the file upload system, so I'll try to upload the audio clips about refusing a judges sentencing (offer of contract), when it is in administerial capacity (non-judicial).
