You hardly make sense but as for the Revised Statutes, you'll notice, if you bother to look up the sections being repealed, that they are either duplicated or repealed by provisions in the first (1924) edition of the US Code. The Revised Statutes collection was not automatically or completely repealed by the first edition of the US Code, as a sort of safety net. This 1933 repeal represents the result of careful editorial checking to make sure that Code provisions are up-to-date representations of federal law, so they effectively replace corresponding provisions of the RS.
