Conditional Acceptances With The Police
Hi Friends
Hope you all had a great new years
I had an interesting experience when I was out in town a few nights before new years eve with our fake police, here in Oz
I always seemed to enjoy rebelling against the system since I was young, which is why I tried to sneak in a corona cerveza into the club, which I thought would be fun
I always had a bad gut feeling about giving my money over to clubs anyway ( they treat you like cattle )
Anyway I was walking like i had something wrong with my leg, and had to adjust my sock. A female security guard saw this and starts to come up to me, trying to grab for my jeans leg
I immediately stepped away, and said 'that's assault, you can't touch me' soon as I said this a whole bunch of bouncers started following me
I kept walking away as they kept asking me what was in my jeans ( seems like they think they are the cops too !) when a female imitating a police officer stops me and asks 'Whats in your sock, im the police' in an authoritative tone
It was quite funny because even being a little tipsy I said ' I conditionally accept your offer upon proof of claim you have jurisdiction in this matter' without even thinking
She said 'What?' so i said 'I conditionally accept your offer upon proof of claim you are legally and lawfully authorized'
I kept going along these lines, and these cops had surrounded me obviously in a manner to intimidate ( about 6 or 7 circling me ), I was genuinely nervous because I believe firmly in the responsiblity of protecting ones life and therefore was carrying a small knife in my pocket. ( It can be quite dangerous out on the town here sometimes too ) The law relating to this is very ridiculous
She relays the matter to the sergeant, who proceeded to strongly advise me to show them what was in my leg. I didn't want to do anything that would lead up to a search, and wasn't totally confident of avoiding one at the time ( we dont have a bill of rights and have shocking laws ), so I showed them the bottle of beer
She then told me it is an offence to bring liquor into a licensed premises to do with some liquor act etc., and then asked me what was my intent. I realized that this was important because I said ' I am happy to answer if you can prove what I say wont be used against me or will harm me in any way at a future time'
This pissed off the sergeant, who promised it wouldn't be used against me, ( hahaha yeah right its commercial warfare buddy ) and that I should answer
I then politely informed them I wanted to cooperate fully and completely, but I didn't know what if what I would say would do me harm. They dropped the matter
The ridiculous thing is they then gave me a move on notice, which means you have to leave a certain public area, with the threat of 12 mths imprisonement or a $12,000 fine!!! It is unbelievable the abuses of power here by politicians !
she wrote this in military format fullcaps surname first, and signed on my behalf ! Ha!
I of course had to disregard this notice and come back later on in the night, trying my best to avoid the fake police
Believe it or not they saw me, started to follow in a big group of 6 or 7 ( same as before ) when my friend started to slow down in an advanced psychological ploy using his personal space as a block, whom they in turn didn't pass and dropped off my tail
My summary of this experience is that the fake cops here are chickens for one, and absolute bloody traitors number two, since they swear an oath to the queen when we are officially and mutually agreed to have nothing to do with that bitch ! ( which is a nice name for that nazi )
I am considering of drafting my own notice to these fakers, covering all the crimes which they are committing by going outside of their public office, imitating real police officers, and various other crimes that they are committing treason being one of them
Maybe I will draft an affidavit stating all the facts why the police here are not authorized, and getting court documents I can show so I dont have to deal with these misinformed revenue collectors
I wonder if it be practical to become a de jure commonwealth law enforcement officer by following the private process?
I am starting to really enjoy this legal information and will soon be equiped with legal bazookas for my duelling weapons ;)
Thanks all
