Everyone? You took a referendum, did you?
Poor widdle lawnugget, people gone done called him bad names and hurt his feelings.
Now, if you were a MAN and not a lawyer, your feelings MIGHT count, but with all the crap you pull here and undoubtedly in court, I could't give a flying fat rats clacker.
Suck that, nugget.

Would you care to see a truly "pathetic" compilation of your own prolific use of a despicable rhetorical artifice that is, indeed, " the typical tactic of the fool who is losing an argument badly?"

I don't know about any of that stuff. Lawdog has been correct on almost every point in this thread including the Nazi comment.

Is that 'knowledge' you have from first hand experience, or is it hearsay?
I would think you wouldn't know a 'nazi' if you saw one.
I would bet you may have already.
Hows CA these days Codee?

You have made your claim.
Prove it.
Point by point, in order presented.
Yes?
No?
Prove your claim?

I suspected by the timing that the material in the redemption letter upset her and prompted her to start the Quatloser thread. So I mentioned it and since people are directed to process then I included it. Now she is deleting all posts by me. So I think it is time to elevate this success story to a new level!
The coupon Chase redeemed was for a little over $13,000 and they tagged on charges and such for over $300 but then took them off within the same Statement. There was a late fee for about $40 and a finance charge of about $5. So you see the Statement is saying minimum payment on the $45 is $10.
Enjoy,
David Merrill.

The fact that you are presenting a coupon tells me, even though it is not specifically mentioned, that this is designed to be a payment of interest against the bond(s) your people have purchased. I am aware the line of credit that the government or Federal Reserve System issued to create this bond is secured by myself, myself being one of the lenders. The bonded pledge series number is ______SSN_____ All along it has been my assets that have been pledged for this bond, and I can find no place where I am to be charged interest on my own money, Creating double enrichment on your company's part. Unless you can provide proof that these U.C.C. STATUTES do not pertain to our agreement, your company's use of my collateral and your failure to process this coupon payment should make your company guilty of the following crime:

I'm a little confused about this, I have a Credit Card account with Wells Fargo to which I am the primary account holder, and there is no SSN for me on the account. I added my wife as a joint, secondary, account holder. If I were to use this template to redeem a Wells Fargo Coupon, I'm wondering what I should put as the bonded pledge series number as I do not have an SSN, and my wife, a joint account holder who was added at a later date does. Should I have my wife send this letter or re-word it for both of us and put my bond series number as unknown?

I doubt that is relevant. I have not done this myself but have listened as others have gotten their Setoff. The point is that you notify them about double-enrichment and await them to cover their ass (CYA) with the Setoff.
