Creditcards and Debt monkeys.
Hi there,
I'm a new member, and would like to share my recent experiences with an Australia Credit card company/ electrical appliance maker..and the subsequent letters from collectors.
After studying CTC and other resources, and after I became aware of my inalienable rights and sovereign status, I simply stopped making any payments on my credit card.
I registered my TRADE NAME / strawman-debtor as a registered trade mark and set about making letters.
An interesting thing happened next...
My wife would recieve phonecalls from the company asking to speak with me. They couldn't discuss anything, and that's an important point.
When I answered they asked if it was me and I replied, who's calling. "It's a private business matter for Mr.......... is he there?"
Again I asked....who's calling?
It's a private busines matter..blah blah
This went on for some time all the while trying to get me to enter into an assumed contract under appellation.
I told them he dosen't do business over the phone.
Several other times people have called, claiming to be from Telstra or some other phoney ID, wanting to talk with me.
Long ago I started using my middle name, so I know only Agents of the system or my mother call me by my first name.
Then I switched that number to a message bank service and never heard from them again, because they can't disclose details or leave messages.
Then I started writing my letters of Debt Verification.
I asked for the original document, duly signed and witnessed by both parties, not a unilateral agreement, and with reference to the whole agreement on that signed page.
I asked for a verification of debt with proof of an account in the name of my proper English name.
I asked for a copy of the actual accounting that proved the company had suffered a loss of the alleged debt.
After some time I recieved a letter stating that a solicitor (unnamed) was now acting for the company and demanded payment.
I wrote back (all the while using registered mail, reply reciept) stating that he was a third part interloper into a private contract which was legal trespass and had no first hand knowledge of the matter.
Then I recieved a letter from the credit card provider offereing me $800 discount off my alleged debt if I would phone their office. Only if I phoned their office.
I responded by stating that I had already "accepted for value" the debt, and was awaiting reply from the solicitor wh claimed to be acting on their behalf and also declined the offer to phone the offer under reason of assumed contract by appelation.
I also noticed that the credit card provider's letter and that of the solicitor were strikingly similar.
I scanned both documents, and using photoshop, zoomed in on the fonts and signatures. Taking 3 letters from one document and placing them directly below the corresponding letters on the other, I could see that the same printer printed both letters.
Also the signatures displayed the same stroke width and characteristics, although different names.
I concluded that one person was responsible for bother letters, constituting fraud, and misrepresentation.
I enlarged these parts to A4 size, copied them, had them witnessed by a JP at the court house on an affadavit, along with my accusation and posted it off (after signing in RED ink, and making a copy for my records.
Again, I sent it registered mail, reply reciept.
That gives me the date they recieved it.
I also mentioned that it may not be in the best interest of the credit card provider should this information be leaked to the media...LOL
I haven't heard from them since.
It's nice to finally wake up from the dreamworld we have all been conned into believing is real.
