"all rights reserved" part success
juststartingout,
EnSabahNur is correct in the manner with which to add to the A.R.R. portion of your husbands signature. However, in this respect, he is not signing for his STRAWMAN, b/c as you mention, it was a credit application for your BUSINESS, a different type of STRAWMAN, called a Corporation, or whatever form of entity you have created (I hope it is not a general partnership!). So by adding the auth. rep. portion, he is removing himself from accidently signing with his personal liability on the line. But be careful if you add P.O.A. (power of attorney) - as you said, this is a business, not your STRAWMAN.
