thanks guys but it is the faith of the members, their willingness to learn, persistence and courage that makes this possible.

The more success stories we get--the more we keep knocking down the house of cards.

It is imperative that folks do these things for themselves so that they won't be duped by the so-called gurus of this movement. who in my opinion are feeding people raw food and not willing to help cook it. just pay me for the information and your on your own.

Anyone that I assist, I demand that they repay me by assisting someone else. Or I will put a voodoo hex on them through this Forum! LOL

I used the VOD from "Cracking the Code 3rd Edition" , but just the VOD nothing else, then added something about the definition of the term "United States" and then something about [from IRC 7701(a)(39)] Persons residing outside United States. If any citizen or resident of the United States does not reside in (and is not found in) any United States judicial district, such citizen or resident shall be treated as residing in the District of Columbia for purposes of any provision of this title relating to-- (A) jurisdiction of courts, or (B) enforcement of summons.

So when I ask the DC if on the app. when they asked my me if I was a US citizen or resident where they really asking if I were a Citizen of the District of Columbia?

Sorry this does not read clear, I did alot of very hard work today.
Maybe someone can use this. As to a reply the account gets sold and I print out another VOD put it with their letter and send it back to the next guy.

I have quit responding to most of the CA's that send me letters. All of the disputed debts are outside of the SOL's (except one- and they got a summary judgment on that). I just get so tired of sending the same thing over and over to so many different agencies. I mean it could go on forever.
