By law, his eviction Order is void and nullity, thus..

However, I am back to square one:

Michael Pesce - the not so "good fellow"
is siting there to devour me whole as he is hungry
and all roads lead to him, as he is THE ROME
in the Appellate Term.

* I have to get exposure,
I sense it with my guts, as that is a scare to these ego-maniacs.


I have to * obtain "spice"
so that MP vomits first before plans to have me as his, judicial meal.

I have to move quickly and precisely with no room for error.

In such cases, by military strategy, I better have both:

1. an ally and

2. back up plan.

Frontal assault is not feasible
as he is too connected and most would fear to oppose him even
when disagree with him.

He is NO 3 judge in that dominion of hell.

I have to outflank him and, most desirably,
move in from the rear.

What is his rear?

I: An old case which was downplayed?

I have to find that one and magnify it.

II: A possibility is, also, to involve No 2 and 1 judges if MP
pissed off one of them and spite is reserved?


Chances?

They rarely, very rarely dare to nail each other,
unless can benefit greatly by MP's slide.

Must probe such benefits and know the history of
1, 2, and 3.

I have to pinpoint MP with some one powerful so that
holes are made.

Regardless of alies, I have to

attack him from 5 angles at once,

so that he can't recover quickly.


Then, others may move in too, smelling blood;
otherwise, silence would be the answer.

They are sharks and act like them.

III: and IV: I have two, pre-existing angles
opened for a blitzkrieg but that is less than half.

I have to get into, at least, 75% ratio to have
a range to deliver the multiple blows in secession.

I have to maneuver some more as the range is not close enough, yet,
and less then 50%.

V: It looks like I have to try finishing TF
then, as he is more vulnerable and already "injured and leaking."

Then, MP gets dragged in by association, giving me one more card.

TF is, definitely, less covered than MP; so, strategically, I have to zero in
on TF and complete the task.


I have to alternate patience with relentlessness
and I shall.

I am not the one who raised the sword first and am
justified to finish the enemy being assaulted viciously and by dishonest fight.

One difference - I would not steal anything from these
MFs - I would only state the TRUTH - nothing but the TRUTH of
how they render Justice vs. self-represented.

If I can knock off NO 3 thug in that mafia circle,
there is a considerable probability that other top judges would be
less likely to act recklessly vs. self-represented as MP's dethroning
would become known to all of them, as he is NO 3 guy.

Dethroning a leader sends a message to all in the chain of command.

A lot of work - I must move very cautiously, as a stalking lion, even though
have TRUTH vs. their corruption.

The trick is how to get it out - before they choke you
from all sides once alarm goes off?

Yes, Feds is crucial, as MP is

connected heavily on
State's level but these thugs, rarely, have any roof
on the Fed level.

They are local thugs -not DC boys.

VII: Media is one more.

There are the five angles - the Pentagram,
as one or two may not work and I do not count from one to two of the seven,
just in case, but would try them all - nevertheless.

The first two, I would not disclose as must maintain
an element of surprise and can't leak that out.

Conplain to the atty gen and try to get him reprimanded - hard

AGs, usually, cover up for these thugs.



If he ignores it, then take it up to the Judicial Qualifications Committee (or whatever your state calls it)

True, vectors' directions can be reversed.

They (judges) have more leverage; yet, are higher and more
"smashing" opportunity to fall; thus, more to "splash..."

They have more of a fortress and entrenchment;
I (read all of us) have more of remote capabilities and surprise attacks.

In a way, a light armored knight vs. heavily armored
but slower opponent.

If I (we) learn the art of speedy movements and precise blows
at the point of weaker junctions of their armor, we may deliver the blow.


First prerequisite is not to be intimidated by their might
but be aware of their strength.

The delicate balance.

I found some one through a biog who was DE-railed
by the same attorney who made secret pacts with judges.

We are uniting our efforts.

The guy is bright and brave.

Neither of us would back up.

(a) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

(b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.
