Risk Management is basically the Human resources dept for the municipality or county

They have insurance policies for each public official in the event they cause harm to another, hence the "risk" which needs to be managed

go down there with 2 witnesses and a camera

get the employees full name and employee number before asking anything

ask for the insurance policy and company and bond for the judge(s)

If they give you the run-around ask if they are refusing to provide it and demand a yes or no answer to that question

If you get the policy, you want to provide competent proof to the insurance company regarding the judge's renegade actions and try to get paid

If anything, the ins co might drop his policy and make it a real pain in the @$$ on him to try to get insured
