Got my mortgage discharge papers

All Prasie to the most high God Almighty,

You success is definetly an inspiration to me. I am going to purchase a home very shortly, I just don't know how long to wait to begin the discharge. I have every intention on paying the mortgage a few months up front then pulling the rug from under the bank in 90 days or less. And to think I look foward to them trying to take me before a court and foreclose or even a summary judgement. "Jane stop this crazy thing".

Got my mortgage discharge papers

The discharge on the mortgage is filed at the courthouse. I have been having to go and check a couple oif times a week to see if it had been filed. when it was, then I got copies of it.

I did it through the Dorean Group (like so many others here.) I know that it can be done yourself, but it does take a lot of the worry and hassle out of it for you when they do it. They place the house in a trust with Oxzford Trust, and then start the process. I understand that they write for certification of debt with a bond or something as good fatih payment for twice the amount of the mortgage if they can produce the original document and prove that there was full disclosure. The banks are given a certain amount of time to comply and when they don't I think they send a letter of defaulty with a release of mortgage and something giving them the power of attorney. Again there is no response and then it is filed in the courthouse. I'm not sure about everything, but I think it is something like that. About 2-3 weeks after my cousin got the mortgage discharge, she got the rec0onveyance of the deed from the law firm handling the case f0or the mortgage complanyand the bank. That was also filed at the courthouse. We are still getting letters trying to get us to send "just one payment " and they will bring the mortgage currant and give us a "brand new start",. I just fax everything to Dorean. We had our brand new start when we quit having to make mortgage payments. That is the most freeing feeling.

I have heard that it has to be seasoned mortgage before it can be terminated- in other words you have to make one payment.

Montana knows more about the process than I do.

Donna,

Keep us informed on this. I fully understand the Dorean group's process, but am waiting 6 months to see if everything they do will stick. I don't want to rain on your parade, so that is all I will say for now.

Just a heads up! The bank is more than likely NOT aware that there is a reconveyance on your title. That is one of the reasons why I believe you're are getting the continued late notices. However, if they choose to initiate foreclosure proceedings (non-judicial or judicial, depending on your state), they will run a title search and find it.

I am following the same process that I believe the Dorean Group follows, only because I'm in foreclosure, it's in the judicial process. Oh, and I'm doing it myself! ;-) Dorean doesn't handle foreclosures.

Let me ask one question, I am new to all this, I understand the basics of the fraud on the money system (FR) when they "loan" you money, which really they never do and it is only an entry in a ledger.

Now let me ask you this, when you discharge a debt or ask for a certified verification of a debt and they cannot prove it you get the stuff scotch free?

Like the other poster that mentioned "I'm butying a house soon ..." and he will discharge it, will he have to pay anything for it at all?

Is that like getting "free" stuff?

Is that right?

Isn't that like stealing as well?

I am not trying to bash anyone, I am just asking some questions I have about the processes mentioned here.

Thank you,

test

Test-

Nothing is free. When you sign any type of promissory note or cc agreement the institution sells that note to establish an account for you. Therefore they get the account for you, now if your credit limit is 1500 that is all you get they probably sold the agreement for 10 times that amount. So the robber barrons get paid twice first from the original sale of the note for the credit then by you who agrees to pay them back plus interest. Free is what is should be for all the harm they cause. However you have unlimited credit with your signature, (powerful isn't it). If you no there is no money and you can never pay a debt, you can only discharge a debt therefore it is only natural to discharge all debt.

Hope that helps

My cousin has already received her reconveyance from the mortgage company and the bank that financed her mortgatge. It was filed by a group of lawyers in representing Ameriquest and the bank that financedthe mortgage. However, right before they filed the reconveyance, threy sent her letter threatening foreclosure. We started the porcess at the same time.

Hi WW,

I am still fretting about retaining OT/Dorean's help...

I was still left curious, even though a reconveyance has been recorded in the county record, trustee sales have happened as though nothing was different from a "normal" default....I live in a strict foreclosure state...

So I was wondering how things have gone for you so far as far as the "bridge" loan, and the re-finance??

This is the evidence that I personally would like to see since a "lender" would want to see a clear title report, and a clean credit report before "loaning" on the property in the the trust...

I am in contact with RICKY since he is close to my area...I have spoken with him just the other day, and will pick his brain more soon....

Thanks,

RPT

test,

Look into why you have an "exemption" and understand what the government actually owes you and why ... then you will come to understand that it isn't "Free" -- it is "owed" to you.
