Commercial Affidavit Process

Greetings:
I'm new to this forum (actually new to any forum), but I have a few questions I hope someone may answer. I can only access the first page, so if the subject is posted on other pages, please forgive.
My questions are not concerning any defensive action, but rather an offensive action. I have served the STATE OF MISSOURI with Affidavits, Defaults, etc., with no rebuttal whatsoever. By tacit agreement I assume my position on behalf of my Father, Creator of all.
My questions surround the idea of "how am I to execute this process without going to court?
Any ideas?? I've posted some of my correspondence with the STATE on my web site at http://funkypretzel.com/Walk_The_Walk.htm and the 2 or 3 articles following.

It seems like the commercial lien process is the way to go via self executing contact through a true bill under Rule 64 is a way to really keep those jokers on their toes.
I am brand new at studying this process & haven't got up to speed on it, bu it goes something like this:
They send you something
You send a notice of acceptance of contract announcing the up coming contract/true bill w/the number you assign to it
On the notice, you state the facts & what they did not show, etc. . .
It is murky right now, but I hope to use this in the future so I can call one of those suckers and say, "How do you like me now?"
