no, it is a group called Mann Bracken,LLC. Anyone know about that response buscador talked about in his earlier post on this thread?Is it somewhere in this site now? Also,is there another example of a response for VoD/refusal to arbitrate in the downloads somewhere?

In rereading some of these posts it looks as though an example of buscadors response letters were uploaded but all I can find is the NAF rules & procedure. Hadn't mastered getting around on the old site format,just trying to find my way around in the new.Help...anyone

There is a letter re: the NAF in the downloads section which addresses one's agreement, or not, to arbitrate.

If you'd like, email me offline the letter you've receieved from MB and I'll be happy to take a look at it and give you my two cents.

Re: my uploads: the file for the process I use has not uploaded succesfully again. The NAF Code of Procedure file is not the most recent one either. I have a more recent one with more comments and highlights.
