Full Reconveyance of Mortgage.

I know that the particular process that I have used to get a full reconveyance of my mortgage has been extremely political on this forum.& I hope that you can all look past that right now and rejoice with me and my family in the success that we have had today.

My home, as well as my sister and my parents home, were all were all fully reconveyed today.& We accomplished this with the guidance and assistance of Oxford Trust, known on this forum as OT and helping people with their mortgages under the name of Dorean Group.& The Dorean Group has been essential in this sucess and they have been very supportive along the way, and today they rejoiced with us in our sucess.

Thank you all for your time and effort in these studies.& We will only see more and more success as our hard work pays off.&

Re:Full Reconveyance of Mortgage.

Montona, that is great! I am very happy for you.

Could you explain to your fellow soveriegns the process used? I am sure I am not the only one curious.

Regards,
Sui Juris

Re:Full Reconveyance of Mortgage.

I don't have any problem sharing with you my personal experience with this process.Â* I must say though that even though I was the one to post the sucess, it was through the efforts of others that this sucess was possible.

I set up a trust through Oxford Trust (OT) who posted his contact information above.Â* I put my house in to the trust and my trustees were able to administer an administrative process.Â* The mortgage holders were sent a presentment asking them to provide proof that full disclosure was present when the mortgage documents were signed.Â* It was made clear to them that if they didn't provide proof, their interest was going to be taken off of the title.Â* Well, they didn't (and couldn't even if they wanted to) provide the proof.Â* So here we are with the sucess.

I will tell you that it is all much more complicated then my simplistic description above,Â* I did not handle the correspondence.Â* As a matter of fact, that was one of the really great parts, I only received one letter after the presentment was sent and I faxed it to OT immediately and he sent a response out right away.Â* I couldn't believe that IÂ*only received one letter.Â* I had two mortgages on my home and they were for a lot of money.Â* Well hell, I don't even mind telling you the amount.Â* With both mortgages together I owed (or thought I did) almost 300K.Â*I can not tell you how great it felt/feels to not fear the banks.Â*

This entire process was done in complete honor.Â* The banks were given every opportunity to prove they were not fraudulent.

So, if you have more questions please ask, I just hope that more people can benefit from this.

Later,

Sara-Jane

Re:Full Reconveyance of Mortgage.

Montana,

Thanks for the details... how long did the entire process take? At any rate, it appears to have been completed pretty fast.

While I must say that I am impressed, I would find it hard to sign over my interest in my property to a 3rd party. I feel that the individuals acting as trustees could have administered the administrative process without the trust, and still handled all correspondence. That is my only problem with what I have learned of this process based on your posts.

Also, are you free to take the land out of trust now and establish your land patent? Would that be your choice to make, or the trustee's?

Regards,
Sui Juris

Re:Full Reconveyance of Mortgage.

Perhaps I can help...

The process takes 30 days give or take 10 days. Whenever the bank replies it usually doesn't address the substance of our charge so we conclude that they must be asking for additional time to respond- so we give it to them...

Re trusts... In general, a trustee has a legal and fiduciary responsibility to protect the assets granted into the trust. If the trustee(s) behavior does not benefit the beneficiaries, charges could be brought against the trustees for damages. Additionally, the grantors have similar rights.

There would be no reason to take the property out of trust since the structure is designed to separate assets from liabilities. For instance, if the grantor or beneficiary happened to run over a carload of lawyers kids the property held in trust cannot be attached because the assets do not belong to either one.

We believe this is a benefit long after we are finished with our business. Our process is more than just eliminating a mortgage, it’s about teaching people to live and act differently.

If one is genuinely sincere about understanding trust, trust structure and applicable laws I suggest a thorough read of Bogert's book on trusts. The notion that a property is placed in any risk by granting it into a trust is demonstrable evidence of a lack of understanding of trusts, contracts, and common law.

Re:Full Reconveyance of Mortgage.

OT,

For the sake of the forum, can businesses be put under a trust? And are trusts taxable?

Outstanding work bruh! Glad and proud to know you.
