Bob Schulz makes a new threat (or promise)
This is from a new (May 22) posting on Bob Schulz's We The People website:
http://wethepeoplefoundation.org/Upd...2008-05-22.htm
Quote:
Unless someone has a better plan, we are asking that you join the one we have adopted.
The Plan is bold, but doable. With an energized and vocal critical mass, the Plan could quickly attract world-wide attention.
It starts out rather quietly, but builds in August and September to a climax.
First, on June 30, 2008, every member of the Congress will be served by one or more of their constituents, at their local district office(s), with seven signed Petitions for Redress of Grievances.
Each Petition for Redress will address a separate violation of the Constitution and will request a response within 40 days (by August 11, 2008).
On July 11, 2008, a declaratory judgment action will be filed in each of the 11 federal judicial circuits outside the District of Columbia. These lawsuits will each seek a Judicial declaration of the obligation of the Government to respond to Petitions for Redress and the Rights of the People if the Government fails to respond.
Prayerfully, there will be sharp disagreements among the Circuit courts, making it difficult for the Supreme Court of the United States not to accept the next invitation to interpret the meaning of the accountability clause of the First Amendment.
Beginning on August 11, 2008, Bob Schulz will begin a hunger fast in Washington DC to draw attention to the fact that the Government of the United States of America has turned on its Free People by violating their Constitution and refusing to be held accountable, choosing instead to allow Americans to once again hunger for freedom and Redress of Grievances.
You can demonstrate your support for the Constitution and the Rule of Law by joining Bob for a day or two or, a weekend or more. A large scale, public hunger fast in the Gandhi tradition is needed, now.

Bob Schulz's fasts have an almost magical quality. Back in 2001 he claimed to be on one for about 20 days, sitting during the daytime on the Capitol Mall, next to a hotdog vendor. Even after 20 days he still had his spare tire and his clothes were still snug. He then talked two other other people into announcing their own hunger strikes, considerably more private (one of them wore a kind of a toga, to make it difficult to figure out if he were losing weight). Both of them gave up before the 21st day.
He's not going to get anywhere with his 11 declaratory judgment suits, for the simple reason that - although he's loath to concede it - the Supreme Court decided this issue long ago. So I look forward to his next hunger strike. Assuming he does it semi-public in DC again, I plan to visit him often and check on his progress.
And it' so cute how he speaks of himself in the third person!
Actually, there's a distinct possibility that by August 11th, he'll be locked up somewhere. So he'll be protesting prison food -- which will not be so unusual. In Britain, prison authorities would allow him to starve himself to death. American prisons are not quite so accommodating.

Shculz is on the losing end of several recent tax cases, including a very recent case kinvolving the peddling of a fraudulent tax shelter. And there are more cases in the pipeline.

And how do you know that there are more cases in the pipeline? Do you have inside information or are you just psychic?

No psychic powers necessary. There were newspaper items about cases commenced against him, which have not yet gone to trial.

You know the differance between the people you deride and you?
1. They realise something is wrong, SEVERELY wrong with our nations.
2. They care enough to want to try and change that, even taking into account their flaws.
3. Most aren't making money out of it.
Let's look at you.
1. You think this is the way things are meant to be. Whether that is because you are a khazar, I don't know or care.
2. You don't want to change stuff which ties in with 1 above
3. You made your living from the system, you are their whore.
So, you are in no position to deride anyone, for YOU are the s***bag, the whacko, whatever term people want to use.
