[b]He was trying to imply that you had a contractual duty. That's where you could've asked if this case was involving a breach of a contract. Your Honor, I haven't seen or been presented with the original contract. Is there an injured party that has suffered damages as a result of this breach?

First, my applause rings loud for you.
You stood up to the beast. I know what it feels like to be nervous enough to shake, as do many others on this board, but that's what separates the subjects from the sovereigns.
Second, Them making you wait is not a bad thing, as it is a good opportunity to observe courtroom procedure, ovserve the judges bias, write down derogatory comments he makes to those charged with whatever, etc.
Also you get to see them casting nervous glances at you and scurrying around. This should make you laugh, rather than nervous, but I didn't realize the truth of that until after the first time.
Third, no matter what it costs (And I suggest shopping around) bring a court reporter. This way, you don't need a room full of witnesses. You have if certified in black and white. They HATE this.
And last, keep the faith.
You did very well Hakeem. Very Well.
HB
One more thing, Thank you again to everyone who makes this board a success! I remain the student, and thankfully so.

i was reading a article and the guy was speaking about how the court's officers are "not prepared to win". it so so TRUE. they win because people dont and will not fight them. its a assembly line down at every courthouse everywhere. they are NOT used to anyone asking the RIGHT questions. this post reminds me of the post i made about my family court situtation where the opposing attorney broke speed records running up to the judge to whisper to him when i made a verbal motion to dismiss my case. they KNOW that 99.99999 percent of people who enter the courtroom are stupid (in a stupor), and are ignorant (ignore the truth). so, they are not prepared to fight anything dropped on them, especially if you do it at the LAST minute. their ONLY recourse is to threaten u with jail and i would make that threat a part of every communication i have with them because the threat comes from the FIRST summons they send to you, its ALWAYS under the threat of them kidnapping u. thats the only power they have and they KNOW IT.

This has got to go to the success stories, it does my heart good to hear somebody who is a part of their little scam admit they have a heart and cannot be involved in their racket any longer.
Yeah, to any law enforcement people out there, you would be good to follow the sheriff's lead. He is smart to get out while he can.

<font color=darkblue face=verdana>Don't you think it would be good to have officers on the force who actually KNOW their duty and HONOR THEIR OATH? I think a stronger force for change would be from within. Especially if we can win over elected officials such as County Sherrifs. Just a thought. . .

Blacktruth, as ive told people before, i used to be a federal correctional officer and a state correctional officer. i KNOW how these law enforcement agencies work. i also was a member of state and federal "swat, tactical squad" teams. If you have ANY MORALS, they will either get rid of you in law enforcement or make u wanna quit. Thats why i quit. there is no middle road with the devils. Any law enforcement officer u see thats still working is either a straight up devil or is co-signing devilishment thru silence just so they can keep their job and their mortgage and car payments current. Thats why i keep saying u have to attack their property in order to get relief. the judge and district attorney isnt gonna do it for you. You will have a better chance of changing the system by standing up for your rights yourself than to ask them to do it. When u r in law enforcement, you are taught to look at the world thru a military mindset. its us against them. If you dont do what they tell you to do, they will make you a example. i foolishly used to think just like them (on the surface). but then i learned something. Ive seen lieutenants call Moorish inmates nigger, ive seen handcuffed inmates heads slammed against concrete walls, ive seen inmates paid to spy on correctional officers, ive seen so much devilishment on the inside, that i recognized that the true devils are the ones pretending to be the rightous ones. they hide behind their badges and power that the district attorney and the judge gives them. the true criminals are in "law enforcement". they are the real terroists. Ben laden or Saddam Husseim aint neve done nothing to me, but i can point out some police offices, sheriffs,.judges and district attornies who have terrorized the **** out of me and other innocent people of this land. when i roll down the street, i aint looking out for bearded terroists from Palistine, im on the lookout for the terrorists in blue and brown uniforms on the prowl for victims to snatch up and kidnap or take loot from.
