Court Today (must READ)

Today I went to court for reckless driving(no accident but accuse of cutting of a off duty cop. Now the Common wealth of Va knows about SuiJuris.net and Ticket slayer.com I will explain futher.

The courts are doing this. First they call all names to see who is present and to gain juristriction once you answer. They call me DEREK SITTON. Since i have file my papers I replied For the record my name is Derek Latimer Sitton. The Judge ask how do I plea I said not chargeable everyone watch and listen he tried to blow it off by saying ok not guilty and quickly call another name. But I knew what he was trying to do. Here it is 1300 and guess what I am the only sole in their and the other lawyers stay to witness this. But first the Commonwealth attorney ask the judge could he speak with me outside. So the commonwealth and I walked out side he said you sure you dont want a attorney I said have you recieved my pappers he said yes and said you can do some time If you proceed and I said you can to if you allow this to go on. So we came back in. The judge said hoe do you plead to this charges . The common wealth jump in and said Oh he have some motions. This is where I made my mistake. I should not read the motions but once I did quickly ask the judge again have you read my papers He replied yes I need to know if you can articulate this. I said sure I am a flesh and blood name Blah blah and threw everything at him court cases. he said well in a civil case this is ok I quickly said this is a criminal case so we're under common law or admirality he shut the f up quick. All eyes were on me I had lawyers in there and cops just wondering what the hell I did to get the judge to shut up. So the judge ask me one last question. He said dont you owe it to the public to respect them when you use the right of passage something like that. I didnt really understand the question really so I said The prosecution lost juristiction when they fell to rebut my affidavit. I explain there was no ijury party. the common wealth guy was so nervous he didnt say aword he was turning red.

So the Judge was reall good he was prepared like he went home and study. I was too but he had the upper hand. I knew I wasnt going to get this dismiss so. The CA tried to scare me and say we are not waiving jail time we are going for the max. I said well show me and injury party flesh and blood are you a witness to the crime the Judge jump in quick and the CA(commonwealth attorney) shut up and sat donwn. So the judge said I will postpone so you will get and attorney. Isaid I dont need one but I thought about it this will give me more time to sink them b/c I have this is my pappers I file for back up. Now as I was leaving the sheriff run out chase me down and said you must sign this paper a Notice of the court being move and what are my rights. So I ask the sheriff tell the judge I will sign it if this is not a contract we are entering judge said no But I sign my full name. I not worried b/c my pappers I file will help later.

To make a long story short They were affraid and kept me waiting for a long time to clear the court room. No one was there but Lawyers and cops. I guess they was waiting for me and the judge ask them to sit and watch and learn. But my trial schedule next month. i am coming prepared. It amazes me to see that they clear the court room had me wait for hours to get the blind sheep out. But afterwards the sheriff talk to me and said you had every attorney mouth open and by the way they are practicing for people like you they go to some web sites call sui something and some ticker killer I said slayer he said yeah something like that. They had some one come in here an embarrass the court so now they want to be prepared. They are gaining force to eliminate common law something like that I ask him why are you telling me this. The Sheriff go b/c everyday I see innocent people being locked up for nothing and I cant stand the bastards he plan on leaving the force soon. But I cant wait for the next court date I will grill the hell out of the cop and get this thrown out. When they see me they will wait and do everyone else but me than its on. I wish someone from here can come and witness and be counsel with me any one from DC metro area. Man what a rush people. and please know your stuff this is the second time and this time they were better prepared. So be good everyone. any hints and helpful Idea's let me know

u just showed something that ive experienced everytime i go to court. if you fight WITHOUT a attorney, and KNOW what u r talking about, they save u for last because, u r right. they dont want the sheeple to hear what u got to say. i taught a guy about common law and lack of enacting clauses and he went to court for a no insurance and asked the judge about the lack of enactingl clauses and injured party. she was stuck. the judge actually went and got ANOTHER JUDGE, he whispered to hear something and they dropped the charges on the spot in the courtroom. my friend said that about 10 people in the audience were listening and used his technique on various citations and got theirs dropped also after he counselled them out in the hallway. well, the judge got mad at got one girl for contempt of court because they were losing money. she started arguing and gave the judge a way out my friend said.

This has got to go to the success stories, it does my heart good to hear somebody who is a part of their little scam admit they have a heart and cannot be involved in their racket any longer.



Yeah, to any law enforcement people out there, you would be good to follow the sheriff's lead. He is smart to get out while he can.

Yes I was amaze how they tried to to tire me out by waiting for all the blind sheep to leave. The sherif was praising me and the judge wanted me out soon the commonwealth Attorney was so scared I mean before all this happen I notice the lawyers and cops looking at me and talking to one another. The CA had to be new by his facial espressions. See this time its me and the cop one on one during the trial and I am going to blast his head off with questions. He was so like the world is mine attitude but the judge knew if I put him on the stand he is dead meat so they result by trying to scare me by saying jail time. And another lawyer told me to ask the cop for his speed calibrations of his car or radar if he suggest I was speeding. See reckless driving could be anything from taking off to fast to running over a curve this is how they get you in and the blind sheep was happy to have the charge reduce to improper lane changing this what this attorney wanted me to do before I laugh. Everyone one in there was excepting lower charges. Well next time I plan to pack a lunch and bring my books b/c the CA was reading out of books he was so scared he had other people bringing him books for my case. any the traffic clerk will give you hell she will try to stop you from filing your papers we went at it for a while. Now I have the judge in a corner he disregarded my affidavit which I plan on re introducing.

see the cop is the only witness and he have to prove there was an injured flesh and blood party. but he cant he is a fiction person. when I uses the word soverignty that word was like a smack in their face like i said somthing about their mother. My confidence is building and I am not scared any more. Oh yeah when I was leaving the CA was outside with 2 cops and he was so scared I was going to approach him I just stared at him when I left. I plan on sueing after this case after I reintroduce everything once again. Suspend my liscense who cares jail me for 90 days who cares but the judge know I am coming b/c he even ask the CA for reccomendations or a deal and the cop big headed told the CA no deal and the judge look at them and said your not waving jail time. Things will change they want me to come in with a lawyer so they can reduec it to improper lane change. See this cop is mad and he wants to prove something so If they are reading this pretending to be someone else good. Freddy's back
