Leon County Sheriffs Office (LCSO)
Yesterday, by the Grace of God, I was able to engage the LCSO in a contract, based upon the sheriffs Oath of Office, the FBOE, FS, and POA. The FBOE he determined was beyond his experience, but accepted it to be a tender of payment, was tendered to alleged Creditor, and he acknowledged that the duty of his office now was to protect my private property until such time that the 'civil' issues could be resolved.
The sheriffs office personnel informed me that I have the inherent right to protect my private property from an unlawful taking, and that he was initiatiing a dispatch through the communications section to enhance the patrol around my home until I notify him that the issues are resolved. Thus the seeking repo man is still seeking without recourse, unless I leave the subject vehicle in a public location unattended.
Praise God for the miracles in our lives, both great and small... to me, this is a great blessing, as I now have less concern regarding a snatch and run thief in the middle of the night.

Great work Jerry, way to get those guns doing their lawful duty.
I must say, is a pretty sad state of affairs when getting the law to do their job and protect the good guy is the exception!

I must admit, that most of the congratulations goes to you guys and gals on here that have given from the heart. Now there I go again... you guys and gals will have to take second position to our AWESOME GOD for providing remedy to His children. Thanks all of you.
I am still anticipating problems with other alleged creditors, but am equally certain that between the group and God's guidance, wisdom and power, we will prevail.

One does not unilaterally "engage" another in contract.
Jerry Pitts, I know you from other forums where you have preached your message of ignorance of the law.
You have NOT contract with the sheriff !
I recommend that you do some research and learn the elements of a contract and the defenses to a contract and the terms of a contract.
There is something wrong with you.
