. . .free speech.
I don't know what you actually sent them but-
Each time they contact you, it is like a 'new' offer of contract. You need to construct a counter offer that they will reject via their failure to respond to your offer in any other way but 'silence'.

Now I like to construct counter offers that include that they may be sued if they contact me again.

Ask them for all the things they will probably be unable to produce.

If they fail, give them the opportunity to correct their fault or face possible legal action.

If they fail again, send the Default notice.

If they fail again after default, just send it back. remind them they are in default. remind them that they are implying that they agree to be sued by their continued contact absent proof of claim.

Witht the persistent ones, you may have to be bothered by this nuissance a few times.
If they ever try to sue you - you will already have laid the groundwork.

Do you have any recommendations of where I can get the material I need to defeat these goliaths? One of the replys back to my query said that he had same issue with LRG and that the kit was not worth it? Any recommendations would greatly be appreciated sir. Thanks.

Erwin Rommel school of Law may have some useful stuff for you. Law research group also carries a Erwin dvd and work book titled Erwin Rommel School of Banking with Justin Garriet. It is exspensive but has some very good info, as well as some forms in the work book to send out. If you can afford it, Find a competent Consumer Advocate Attorney. They should be able to defend you if your unsure of how to proceed. Check out Jurisdictionary.com for court procedure tips and tactics. Also check out this attorney firm from Michigan they have some of their case's posted at their website; www.Lynglip+TaubConsumerLawGroupPLC.com. They have some things in their case docketts that may help your cause.

Do you send out "VOD" yet?
Check Downloads and Forum section under Bank, Collectors, and CRA for further study to your situation.
If you need further assistance pm me with your private E-mail.

Sorry about the link. It was from one of the ads running on the sidebar>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Also I have had some contact with this firm when I had trouble with wolpoff but could not afford their services. So I will see if I have any other links to their website. Try This
http://www.Itclg.com/Pages/Practice/...ion%Abuse.html
This is what is listed at the top of their webpage. For some reason the word after Areas/ should be Collection but its not showing when I post it??It won't work either so I don't know how to link it?? Any Ideas?
