Unsecured Debt Resolution Success!!!

Greetings all:

I wanted to share for a few reasons, one, to demonstrate that success is possible in this arena as many of you well know. And secondly, I'm straight out hyping my package man!

Jason,

I received the unsecured debt package and sent out phase 1 to Merchant's Direct Bank. After several weeks I didn't hear back from them, so I did phase 2 of the package and sent 2 bureaus, letters of non-reponse from the package. I just received my Equifax and Experian credit reports and on both, Direct Merchants Bank, for over $15,000.00 that had been charged off several years ago, was completely deleted from both credit reports. This program is AWESOME!!! I have several more to get rid of, now that I know how to do it and what to expect...

There are many more successes we have received lately which is of course awesome. Next month I am going to do a workshop on how to obtain title to any financed automobile within not more than sixty days.

..................................., but I was served with a summons to go to court. I contacted and conferenced with Jason about this. I am so ecstatic to report that I checked the case today and it has been closed... HOORAY for Jason and Law Research Group. You guys are phenominal!

I have also ordered the Debt Elimination Package and would like to learn how to go after the debt collector that filed the summons on behalf of the creditor in the first place. I'd like to see them sweat for this act! It isn't over yet! Thanks Jason and LawResearchGroup!

Will there be a DVD for the workshop on how to obtain legal title for a financed vehicle Jason?
I have been so pleased with every DVD I obtained thus far. I have the unsecured workshop DVD and I just purchased the Winston Shrout Collection. HE IS AMAZING!! (you to BTW) His accent cracks me up, and especially the Dr. Joke! In the testimony that Scott Jones emailed to you, he mentioned phase two. I have sent the package to a creditor, and they didn't do as requested. So now since I'm hired for the job, I was wondering do I just fax the Closed & Paid as Agreed doc. to the CRA's or do I have to send them a copy of the package and an affidavit of non-response? I really like the package, it leaves them no way out!! Good for them!!

I've asked the same question multiple times here... seems to be a thread killer. Nobody wants to talk about or discuss it? The book is NOT clear about what to do after the initial mailing. Does success with this package require one to swear to secrecy? Or has nobody actually used it all the way through?

I don't hear too much about it either except for it works.
I keep doing the same ole thing, Verifying/Validating and all I ever receive is a bunc of junk that is nothing more than computer generated copies of statements that don't even resemble what MBNA had sent. At the bottom of these statements it even states that these are not original copies and they are for your own records only. What's that? I have yet to receive anything pertaining to documents from MBNA through Wolpoff/Abramson with any sort of a signature, much less anything notorized (verification) I just sent them a NOTICE to cease all collection activity until all documents that they base their claim on are sent to me.
Sorry I could'nt be of any help but I live in Texas and they will not receive one red cent from me. Personal property is exempt up to $30,000 if you are single, no wage garnishment unless it's for child support or alimony,
no money in my bank account, I receive a disability retirement along with a VA check, not direct deposit from the FEDS plus I rent a house. Sorry for the elaboration but I'm tired of these dirt bags. I pay what I rightfully owe, telephone, utilities, internet, electricity and things I receive for VALUE. Just hang in there and keep fighting the BASTARDS.
