Contract victory

I started this in another thread but decided to start a new one. Ive had problems with child support enforcement for the past two years who suspended my drivers license when i fell behind on payments. I explained that ive been sick for a while and they didnt wanna hear none of that. So, i finally got tired of being tired and sent them a 10 day contract last month. I told them that they were preventing me from honoring the court order by suspending my license. Just got my license back today with a agreed upon "payment" with them. My contract worked. peeace.

what i did was write up a notice of private administrative process, subtitled, Petition to be able to comply with child support order and right to live. I started the affidavit explaining that i at all times am WILLING to comply with my child support order. The key to ANY contempt hearing is WILLFULLNESS on YOUR part not to comply. So, by stating i was willing to comply, they have a problem. The problem was, i stated i cannot comply with the order because the child support enforcement agency is WILLFULLY restricting my ability to comply by suspending my drivers license. I also stated they were WILLFULLY denying me my right to live by applying a bill of pains and penalties against me. This is prohibited by all constitutions. I stated that since child support enforcement is restricting my ability to comply with the order, they hold the remedy. I made a contract offer of 1 month child support payment to give them remedy. This put them in a bad situation because they cannot refuse a offer of payment for child support. I also stated that their failure to rebut the claims in writing within 10 days was their agreement that they are WILLFULLY restricting my ability to comply with the order and right to live. I stated they can accept the offer by not responding within 10 days also. See, they had no where to turn. They couldnt come back in writing and admit what they are doing. They couldnt refuse a offer. So, they were stuck. So what they did was the person i sent it to called me at home (they never done that before, always ignored me) and asked me was i taking them to court. I laughed and said my offer is in the contract. The lady was very irate and all she was equipped to do was argue in circles. She ended up asking me for more "documents" (the usual child support stuff), and hung up. I waited a few weeks and called her back and she went up and down, round and round about nothing, then she finally told me to bring the money down and she gave me the clearance letter to get my license back. This was a two year ordeal for me, when finally it dawned on me. This is ALL CONTRACT. period. Contract is the law. Child support always sent me 10 day letters, problem was, i didnt know they was contracts where i was defaulting. So all i did was turn the tables back on them so that they knew if they took me to court or if i took them to court, they wouldnt be looking too good, so they had to settle with me. peeeace.
